In June, I bought a phone in this store and a protective glass for it. The seller said that the guarantee for the glass is a year and if it is broken, then they will change it for me in this store. A bubble formed between my screen and the glass. I came to this shop for glass replacement and heard that I need to contact the manufacturer with these questions. The salesperson used a lie to sell a service.

I bought a plan from Fido on Nov 28th (a new Samsung s21 with a new usage plan), and the order says I could pick up the phone at Calgary Downtown TD square once I receive the "ready" email. I received the email at 6 pm on Nov 30th and went to the physical store on Dec 1st afternoon. It's very ridiculous that the staff said I didn't pick up the phone on time and the order was canceled.
I went to your store to pick up the phone immediately after you sent me the "ready" email, it's your fault and no one takes responsibility and shows respect to your old customers. I am really really disappointed.
