Don't trust their Device Protection insurance! They are nothing more than scammer! They promised me that if I lost my phone, I would be compensated, but they indifferently refused me when my phone was stolen, while they still withdrew the monthly insurance money from me. Ridiculous!

I called to cancel my Fibo month-to-month renewal as I was leaving the country. The person at customer support cancelled my account RIGHT THERE and the phone was cut off and I lost all service. Very stupid of them, very inconvenient for me. I had to visit a Fido shop. Priyank was super helpful, he called the customer support team and got me back up and running in 10 minutes. THANKS PRIYANK - You're a credit to a poor company.

I called the store to find out if they had received my phone (I ordered to the store), the consultant said the order was canceled and I can come in and buy it in person (they had same phones at store). Since I left Calgary for couple weeks and couldn’t come, I ordered another one through Fido app to my home address directly. A few hours later I received a notification that my phone is waiting for me at the store. Now I have to pay $40 cancellation fee for the first order.
Poor communication, incompetent workers.

I had been waiting to pick up the phone I got for my husband from Rogers but somehow it was getting delivered to the Fido store. The employees at Rogers could not be bothered to help out and actually wouldn't even let me in through the door just to inquire about the order. Brushed it off as I know it gets busy during Black Friday weekend. Called a couple days later and was told the same thing, that they can't do anything. I phoned Fido and the lady on the phone instantly told me that although she couldn't find our order, she can cancel it for me and just give me the phone. She also confirmed that they had several phones in stock so I wouldn't be wasting my time driving down to the mall. Got there hours later and Anthony was able to help me out efficiently. Within 10 minutes, gave me the phone and communicated it to Rogers so I didn't have to do a whole run around with them. Thank you so much!

I am with them for 21 year.i got a unlimited talk and text for my kids.nothing buy trouble they have wasted 6 hours of my time and still they can not get the issue resolved.stay away! I want they bought my loyalty back after I left for 6 month

Anthony helped my wife and I select the plan for us. He did awesome! Not only did we get a new iPhone 15 pro for my wife, we received loads of freebies and huge discount on the plan. Excellent customer service!

Erik at the Chinook Fido Store was amazing! He was sincere, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient. Erik went 100% above to ensure I was a completely satisfied customer. Had the pleasure of dealing with Big Tony at the Chinook Mall location a couple days ago. I went in looking for a new phone, not only did he help me find one, he helped me get it for a wicked deal. He was courteous and honest, everything you could want in a rep. Highly recommend this location!

Fido is very poor in internal communication! The short story is I tried to pay but they just can not make it happen. Long story is I tried to set up a automatic online payment and tried to switch a plan. It ended up have to call Fido several times and have to go to store for 3 times and still can not get the issue solved. I had to leave my personal ID info to the employee and he said will help me figure out the issue but nothing happen. I called to follow up after a few days and the employee who talked to me is very rude and hang up my call.very frustrated experience.

After a terrible experience with another Fido location, I came here to hopefully get it resolved. Priyank at Fido chinook was extremely helpful, accommodating and very transparent about everything with me. He helped resolve my issues and restored my faith in Fido lol! Highly recommend him:)

Avoid this FIDO Store at all costs as I went in for a esim card and it was for $39/month with no data and was for an extra line only and the fast talking salesman put on a $60/month plan and rushes me out the Door stay clear of staff and manager there as I called store and manager was very rude

After coming to the store three times, they returned the headphones which were not working properly. All the while, they kept saying that they could not return the headphones due to their policy. However, when I made the purchase, three employees assured me that I had 14 days to return the headphones if there was anything wrong with them

A very good place to get sim cards. Very good discounts for newcomers to Canada. Geetansh helped us a lot and made really good prices. And also received a gift. Thank you very much for that.

Dooooo Not deal with this store! They put three hits on my credit for no reason - They asked me for my driver's license and credit card for identification purposes, then ran my credit three times in a row lowering my score when I specifically told them not to more than once. Greasy.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had within 5 years I’ve been with FIDO! I should just stick to phone and online purchase. And the lady that recommended me to come in store, I hope you know you sent me to the worst store ever! These people made me call customer service to wait for a total of 6 hours! Trying to blame for things that could’ve been done!

Here we got the best service ever thank to Priyank with his exceptional customer service skills! He helped us with choosing the sim card plan, with finding for us the great phone number and with choosing accessories. Also he is a great person with a good vibe!
