I went there with my wife to port in her phone number from fido to rogers. Anurag the manager and Nazia the sales person were super helpful. They explained everything very nicely. And guided us to choose a better plan. I highly recommend this place.

This place is completely garbage. I am a lawyer and went there for porting my phone to rogers. The manager anurag is so rude. In front of customer he was yelling with one of his staff which is completely violation of work ethics and human rights. Also the staff was asking him for break and he denied in-front of me. I have been a fido customer for a long as i have commercial lines. I have visited other fido stores but never feel this way. The HR of fido should involve and investigate this matters happening here or elsewhere the time is very close to get sued by the staff. This manager should be terminated ASAP.

Anurag was a great help today! He was very friendly and patient. He provided excellent service and answered any questions we had. Anurag provided us with great options for our phone plan and we walked away as happy customers!

Horrible customer service. They waste your time to tell you after 30 min to fill out online form. Thanks for nothing.
Fido is scamming customers with offering free month if you refer a friend. After 10 months we still haven't recieved it. Don't recommend at all!
