I had an exceptional experience at the Fido kiosk yesterday, all thanks to Siyam, who went above and beyond. Initially visiting for a simple inquiry, I was pleasantly surprised when Siyam went out of his way and proactively reviewed my account and discovered a way to reduce my monthly plan cost by $30, showcasing his expertise and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of attention and care in customer service is rare and highly commendable. I am extremely grateful to Fido and Siyam for his outstanding service and would strongly recommend this kiosk to anyone looking for reliable and exceptional service.

In the morning we arrived at Market Mall to find out about the change in plan for my mother and the purchase of a new phone for her. The guys at the counter were unfriendly and untalkative. They didn’t try to help us and tell us how best to do it. They referred to the fact that we can do everything ourselves online. I was surprised by this attitude.

Aries he doesn't work in Fido anymore he works in Freedom Mobile (the same mall!)

We got help from Karamveer and Shay today and both of them were super helpful and knowledgeable! Karamveer went beyond to help us getting the best deal and Shay was super supportive and kind all through the process. Yesterday Andre was super helpful and answered to all our queries. Good job Fido on excellent customer service!

Went in to ask about my data usage but they literally couldn't do ANYTHING other than tell me "reset your data tracking next month so you can manage it yourself". One worker rambled on about his own personal issues for half the time. If anyone saw my cumulative data usage since Dec, they'd know something was wrong, but they didn't even offer. Didn't try to further investigate or help AT ALL. I had to research on my own at home. Don't come here if you have phone issues. Waste of time and gas money. Fido's disappointing. Time to switch to a company that can actually help customers.

I have been with Fido for 19 years and when I inquired about a low priced prepaid plan for my now "old" phone (I've just started a new monthly plan with Fido and was given a new phone), I was told that plan doesn't exist (it does, they should check their own website). When they finally acknowledged that yes indeed, the plan exists, I was told that I needed to buy a new sim card for $10 and then I would need to submit a "new" credit application (I told them I have been with FIDO for 19 years) like a new customer. Couldn't they just check my credit history on my Fido account? The bottom line is that I got the feeling that they didn't want my business or was trying to get rid of me because of the low price prepaid plan. I also inquired about unlocking my old Fido phone and was told bluntly they don't do that there. So NO phone plan, NO sim card, NO instant credit approval, and NO unlocking Fido old phone. That's are lot of "NO's". To add insult to injury, the 3 people working in the kiosk weren't even busy and I was the only customer there. Instead I left and phoned Fido customer service and the nice person whose name was Crystal was able to get everything done for me and even gave me a sim card credit for $10 as a loyalty bonus. Now why couldn't the people at the Fido kiosk do the same? Highly NOT recommended!

Come to this Fido kiosk.
I drove around the city and called customer service so many times only to get passed around from person to person. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated when I finally walked into this kiosk. I told the manager there, Amber, the entire story and all she said was “well, we’re going to fix all of that before you leave today. ” and it was honestly the best thing I’ve heard from anyone that day.
I had my doubts after I was passed from person to person, but after my conversation with amber, I decided to not only upgrade my hardware, but also buy a tablet and a few other products as well.
She made the whole process so quick and easy, something no one else could do, even better she gave me a full demonstration of how to use my device and made me feel confident that all products I got were valuable to me.
She went really above and beyond with me that day. Even though to begin with, I was very stand off.
Again, if you need someone who will actually want to help you, go to this kiosk. Amber is the only reason why I’m still with Fido today!

This Fido store is the best I have ever dealt with and I have been a Fido customer for 8 years! They are so knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I had an issue with my iPhone and Apple told me my only option was to trade in my broke phone for $420 and Fido helped me get a better one and for half the price! Amber, Ayman and the rest of the crew know what customer service is all about!

I was at this store to check for promotion on my account and was approached by Anveet. She is not knowledgeable at all. She tries to up sell other products and confuse you with the pricing. She took almost two hours to process the sale. Anveet did not put in the wall charger in the device box before she gave me all the items. She didn’t even show me what was in the device box before she asks her co-worker to transfer the data from the old device to the new device. Besides the payment receipt, Anveet didn’t print out a copy of my contract or explain about the payment.
The assistant manager is unprofessional. She did not do a good job. She doesn’t know how to resolve problems. She needs more training on her job. Niko the store manager, refused to provide me the assistant manager’s name.
Make sure to check your products before leaving the store. BEWARE OF CREDITS! Offered to you. Make sure to know how the credits are applied and what you are paying for before leaving the store. This FIDO market mall store has the worse customer service. Anveet needs more training. The manager on duty should shadow Anveet or any new staff when they are attending to a customer. BEWARE!

Overall lackluster experience at this kiosk in Market Mall. It was my first time at this location and all I wanted to do was to inquire about getting a new phone/plan for my wife. There were two reps present, one was with customer and another one was just finishing up with another. I waited patiently and then the young lady who had just finished with her customer just walked off and told her other co-worker that she was heading for lunch. No acknowledgment that I existed, no eye contact, nothing, not even a simple "hello there, someone will be right with you" Nothing! She knew fully well that I was waiting in line and just left the kiosk. Wake up, you work in a customer service industry! Just acknowledge the customer! I just walked away after that and went somewhere else.

Neko Helped me find a new phone, I didn't like it and returned it next week. He remaind very friendly and professional all time. I have been with food for 8 years. This kind of employee service is exactly why. Very happy to stay business with fido.

Went in to get an iPhone X while the lady was training another guy she completely cut off everything I had to say and put to the fact she went on Snapchat while helping me replying to her friends. Completely rude service at this location.

This Location by far is the best fido i've been too. I used to be with virgin before and i wanted to move to fido so I went to fido Marlborough and they weren't understanding my situation. I was walking with my boy friend in market and wanted to show him the plans at fido and a guy named Neko helped us out and honestly never had someone care so much about our situation before. He went above and beyond to help us as well as he was able to give me the s8 for free. I would recommend this location to everyone. Go to Neko he will make you feel special
