I can gave them less than 0 if it possible. Worst service ever, denied to transfer my data, before sale tone is different than after sale completed.pls dont go there

Completely pathetic. Really unprofessional service. I saw a customer leaving his stuff to the store. He was really sad and unhappy. Manager was there he was really rude. Poor customer said that's gift to you.

Rhahuel the fido representative was amazing, his customers service skills are flawless. The kind gentleman help me through a wonderful plan, very happy with the service, would recommend the millwoods mall fido location. Ask for Rhahuel, he will take care of you.

Won't even deserve 1 star but had to Give 1 star in order to put a review. They don't wanna help anyone. Really rude staff. Kindly someone send me managers number or email.id.they are ruining fido reputation. Guys if you need to stay in business change your attitude and behavior. Fido you are losing business just because of these employees.

Highly recommend their service. Rahul, Sanjesh & Preet made my Job so easy. I would like to visit them again. Thank you Fido for choosing such a Great Employees.

Mr.ramesh n ms.preet both ask each other about the plans if u go there to get one.and always as usual they both misguide u n change ur plan by misguiding u.most of the time either they are not aware of new plans or they always try to get u a plan which is in their mind.the customer care people action is really appreciated as they help u to get ur plans back.pl b aware if this location people when u go there to get a connection or plan.

I love Fido but this was the worst fido store i have been to. I went to inquire about getting a new line added for my wife. I felt like the lady helping me didn’t want to try to set me up and was rushing for me to leave. Worst service i have ever received. I will never return to this Fido store. Go to southgate. They have better employees

shame on you, value your customer's reviews, 90 % poor review.open your eyes, dont just aim at making money, give value to your customers who pay your bills.
The worst company ever, two times I was ditched by the company, once the company charged extra for moving from the chatter in which I was invited by fido, and promised that there won't be any charges, but when the bill came, I was billed for accepting their offer.the second time I was promised to get a handset, and I went to the kiosk, as per the company direction, and I was fooled.inspite of me having the name of the representative I spoke to and the reference number, all that the company wanted to say was BIG SORRY, which gave me nothing in return. HOPE SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE FROM FIDO SEE THIS and respond.

Today I went into Fido prepared to cancel my services and go with a new company because I didn't have great customer service from the location I frequented in Ontario, and I didn't like my plan or phone. The associate that helped me today didn't know that when I walked in, but he worked with me and listened to what I needed in a plan and was very patient and polite. He made sure I walked out with a plan I felt comfortable and happy with instead of trying to push any phones or plans on me. I ended up really satisfyed and left with a great new phone, plan and even tablet. I will now continue to use Fido going forward.

I think this employee (I will edit in his name if I find it) is a great asset to Rogers/ Fido and other stores may benefit from his training.
