Absolutely amazing service! We went to Carpets for Less when a competitor completely screwed us around, and not only were we fit into their schedule, the installer was absolutely AMAZING! There was a small communication issue with the age of our concrete in the basement and the installer wasn't sure if he was going to be able get it done within our time frame we were originally quoted, but once we explained the stress and anxiety it was causing our special needs son he went above and beyond getting it installed when we needed it!

Excellent customer service, price, finishing and quality by these guys. Terry was wonderful from the beginning, John the guy who came over to install this, you'll never want to let him go! He was so friendly with my little kids and rest of the family. Such a great experience with these guys. Highly recommended. Thank you Terry and team.

Our experience with this company was simply amazing from start to finish! We called, Jerry the estimator came to our home to measure and we received our quote from Terry the following day! The price was thousands less than the big box stores and the carpet and underlay quality was much higher. The installers showed up on schedule and their experience showed! They did an amazing job!
