I had an great time shopping for vynil flooring with Hugo. He showed us the products told us about them and left us to go look around. We found some we liked and we took them home to see if they went with our color scheme. We then went back and in a total of 10 min he loaded us up and we were on our way.

Its not often my wife and I give out a 5 star rating, but, since I could not find one aspect of this company's service to find any fault with, we give this rating as satisfied customers. From the professional manner of sales staff (Sheila) in selecting an appropriate carpet for our needs, to the professional and efficient installation by Dave and His Brother, the service and communication was excellent. Had an amazing experience at Flooring Superstore this week thanks to Sheila Jensen!
I walked into the store trying to find a carpet with no idea how to find what i am looking for & Sheila immediately showed us the rolled up carpets on the wall and how to find the best deal possible! Sheila gave us suggestions and we found the perfect cozy carpet for our bedroom at a reasonable price. The carpet was installed by a man named Kim who was super accommodating to our busy schedule. He did a great job and also left us the extra carpet which i will use a rug for a different room.

He was incredible to deal with from start to finish. Jason is very knowledgeable, gave great advice, kept us up to date on the project and was so pleasant. The installation team were fantastic as well, The carpet looks amazing. We are very happy with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends and family to them.

I was dealing with the south side
location and after almost 2 weeks of back and forth and waiting for the installer to get me a quote, I decided to go to this location and see if it was any different. I dealt with Sheila and she was so extremely helpful told her my frustrations and she made me a quote for everything right on the spot. I am expecting in 2 months and told her I’d like install as soon as someone is available, it was a long weekend and she reached out to her installer that day for me. He came out 2 days later to do an estimate and he did it right on the spot! He was professional and provided me a paper copy of the estimate explaining everything. I couldn’t be more happier with this all around service and the quote was even less then it was originally. They know what they are doing and give you peace of mind. My family and also some extended family/friends have used Flooring Superstore for years. The last few times I’ve dealt with Bryar who is fantastic. They are super helpful, everything was on time and/or early and they gave me the name of an installer they recommend and he was also wonderful. All that and you would be hard pressed to find a less expensive quote. Highly recommend!

We were looking for carpet for a bedroom but didn't want to brake the bank, we checked out several carpet stores, but found what we were looking for at carpet superstore, the staff were very helpful, and the prices were really good. If your looking for carpet or any kind of flooring this is the place to go.

We bought carpet and vinyl flooring for our basement from Sheila. She was extremely helpful with picking out our selection and was great at communicating with us. We got quotes from many locations but Sheila gave us the best deal and was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend her and we will definitely be using her again for some more work we need done in our house.
