I had a fantastic experience at Freedom Mobile with Tim. He was incredibly patient and understanding, and his great sense of humor made the process enjoyable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my brother and me, addressing all our questions with great care. However, the only downside was seeing the staff having to stand all day without the option for stools or chairs, which I hope the management could consider. Nevertheless, thanks to Tim's exceptional service, my overall experience was excellent.

On November 22,2023, we came here to handle some business and took the opportunity of Black Friday discounts to get a new phone for another number. Aries was very enthusiastic and thoroughly explained every component of the prices. He truly understood the challenges faced by new immigrants like us. Honestly, we initially planned to switch from Freedom to TELUS, but the Telus representative in this store had a very poor attitude. So, we went back to Freedom.

Aries, your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail have really improved Freedom's reputation, at least in our case.

Best Freedom moblie that I have been to. The lady that I was dealing with on Nov 27 around 3: 30pm (I didn't catch her name but she was dark skin with thick long black hair) was excellent. She was informative, helpful, knowledgeable and she took the time to look up my account and explained everything to me. Although she didn't have the phone that I wanted, she took the time to check other stores.

Today I went to Freedom in The Core Dowtown to upgrade my phone, and unfortunately didn't not receive the same level of service as Market Mall.

I will be back next time when I upgrade my phone. Thank you!

Fast and friendly service, very knowledge staff, they help me get exactly what I needed and transfered all my info from my old phone to my new one for me. They even gave me a coupon for another mobile shop to get my case because they sold out of the one i needed

Excellent customer service. Amna was so incredibly helpful setting up my new phone, ensuring everything was transferred and ready to go. She is so incredibly patient, knowladgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend!

My freedom account has blocked me out! I have made numerous attempts to contact you via phone, internet and now this. You have been receiving automatic payments from me for years now, but suddenly that has been stopped. I believe it could be my cards expiration date was changed. So instead of updating as requested my acct is now in arrears a has been locked out! As a senior trying to manage my affairs while fighting stage 4 cancer I would have thought you could have done better and when I tried to pay the 25. /month instead of the $79 you’ve been charging me when I canceled my U. S.calls. Stress is my enemy and you are setting it on attack,

I was having some issues with a plan that freedom had offered me for a iphone 12. They got everything sorted out for me and even called me back to let me know! This is my go to freedom store now the one closer to my house has horrible customer service.

I gave it 1 stars because they seemed to help the other people in the store. I, however, could not get any of the three employees working to make eye contact with me let alone answer a question about my account. Even when I was standing at the til and 1 employee was doing nothing. I stood there for literally 15 minutes before leaving with my question unanswered.

Cant wait til my contract is up.

Very bad experience. I went to this location to get a new phone and inquired about an iPhone 8 deal that I had seen on the Freedom website. The person working told me that if I was to get the phone from him, I'd have to pay double for my phone bill than what I pay now. This was not the deal that I had seen on the website so I asked him what he could do. He told me that the website itself is more customer service based and takes into account how long you have been a customer with them. I asked him, "so you're telling me that you're not customer service based? " to which he replied "that's right". I then asked him if there was anything he could do for me and he abruptly said "no. The website is a different system from ours. " I found this hard to believe since they are the exact same company.needless to say I traveled out of my way to a Freedom location in Country Hills and received AMAZING customer service as well as the exact deal and plan I had been looking at on their website. I think the Market Mall Freedom employees need to be trained properly on how to deal with customers.
