Had a broken tablet that we pay $9 monthly insurance for. Staff had me go through the whole authentication process for no reason. They handed me a flyer and said I have to call in. Also it's $129 to repair but the whole tablet is only worth $200 so the $9 a month is for what exactly?

I wish I could give this place 6 stars! The storefront itself is typical, but it's Sam (Samer) and his wonderful team that make this location a phenomenal one

I've brought my whole family here this past year to upgrade their phones, and Sam has made sure to help give everyone exactly what they want. Today, it was finally my turn to upgrade a phone that I've had for 4+ years, and my experience was no different - Sam helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, within my budget, and was so generous with doing everything he could to give me the best deal ASAP.

I have complete trust in Sam's customer care - I really appreciate how he listens, is honest, and is not pushy at all, and that helps us trust that he's always looking out for us. He also has an exceptional way of treating every client with warmth, humor, and respect.

My family and I are so loyal to this location - thank you so much Sam and your team for everything that you do! You guys truly are an inspiration for excellent customer service and I'm wishing you all the very best!

This guy! So helpful! We called the support centre, did live chat and visited another store with what we needed. No one could help, or really even made us feel like they wanted to help.this guy gave us two solutions to our problem! Issue solved! Very helpful! When my phone was stolen and I needed a new SIM card, the staff could not have been more helpful or kind. Really impressed me at a stressful time. It turned out to be a little complicated but Sam kept at it. I love that it is in a strip mall so I didn't have to go into a mall. I will drive the extra miles to deal with this location in the future.

We have been with only this location since I got my husband's first Samsung note 8. The service in this location is superb! Kudos to Assad, the store manager, for always serving us beyond our expectations.

Earlier, we upgraded 2 lines with 2 entry level phones. The next day, we went in 2 times, to see if we can change one of the phones with a premium phone. Unfortunately, it was out of stock. Assad told us to come back on the day they will have their delivery.

On the day we came back (4th time), the delivery did not arrive. But me and my husband were very elated that Assad was able to secure the phone we needed from another location.

Not only that, he made sure to give us better plan discounts. He is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to satisfy a customer.

Good cell provider, but coverage could be much better.at least most of alberta like banff canmore highway between Edmonton and calgary and jasper.

I love this location. The staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location. I switched to Freedom two years ago and I get way better customer service than my previous company who I was with for 15+ years. I will admit that at first I found the coverage spotty at times but that has improved significantly and I have no issues now.

Asaad and Abe made shopping for a new phone and contract a very enjoyable and stress free experience. They were very straight to the point, provided us with an abundance of information and were patient with both my mother and I. They answered every question we had, provided us with great deals and even transferred information from our old phones to new phones. As we were getting our phones set up, other customers were coming in and they provided exceptional service to the customers while still tending to our needs. If you are looking for a new phone, to change providers or receive more information about your phone THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!

I just have to that the people who work at this location do everything within their power to ensure the customer is taken care of. They're honest, informative and straight to the point. You get no gimmicks or fillers or pushy sales people at this location. It was really refreshing to see something like this in day and age.
