Freedom Mobile

Came here as a newcomer looking for a decent mobile plan. Left with 2 prepaid freedom package. Service was very good, the guy with the ring for sure knows his job. I was very lucky to end up in this specific store.

Super nice staff and they loved my dog! Very helpful and understanding. Will only go to this location.

I went to buy a monthly plan during Black Friday and I had a good experience at the shop. The lady at the counter helped answer all my questions, provided suggestions and took time to clarify my doubts (on the different options considered) before checking on my pre-paid plan and also ensure to check the promotion I was subscribing to. It was great service to set my new monthly plan.

I am really getting sick of Freedom mobiles lack in decent service! I cant get out texts. I cant get through to a service provider cuz the service sucks! I referred my mother to these guys and all they have done is screwed her around since. I am debating on look for a better company. I need better service! I am not ******* happy! Do not sign up with these guys!
