I had chosen a new phone, the person recommended a different one saying she gets a lot of complaints about it. I went with it because I don't know anything about phones, and the one she recommended is a piece of garbage.

The lady who is working there she’s unwelcoming (she never say hi or bey) and unhelpful. We asked about offers for phones but she didn’t give us any information

On October 8,2021, I must have accidentally tapped on the magnifier app and everything on my screen was magnified tenfold and I didn’t know how rectify this. I went to this location to see if they could help me with this issue, the person working at the kiosk told me she could not rectify the issue and I had to go to Southgate mall. When I went to the apple store my issue was resolved before I even entered the store, all they did was tap my screen 3 times! I cannot understand why Freedom mobile have people working at these kiosks who do not have even the most basic knowledge about the products that Freedom mobile sells.

If I could give it zero stars trust me I would. This male rep was so rude and unprofessional, pretty much had no interest in helping me bringing several lines to this company. He was pretty much annoyed as I was a future customer wanting to purchase phones interupted him while he was busy streaming video online. I asked him for a certain phone and he pretty much responded with an attitude. Excuse me? What kind of attitude is this. I have been to other Freedom stores and have been treated better with respect. Hopefully the manager reads this and provides you training plus gives you a crash course on customer service.

Yesterday i got one line.my sales rep was farzana, basically i was there for cheap plan but whe she told me with phone there are good deal too. Than I purchased iphone with very cheap price and my son love the phone. Thank u so much for your cooperation. I will bring my husband very soon

Visited today and spoke with Deep.wanted to arrange for phone and plan.could not come up with a solution to a problem. I could not complete the transaction, so I asked Deep to make some phone calls and find a solution. He did and called me back. I returned to the Kiosk and we completed the arrangements. I am happy.

My salesperson Abhishek Shah was great, he finished helping another customer and quickly asked how he could help. Had me setup with a new iPhone SE, another line for my wife’s phone and home internet in about 30 minutes. Another customer came up and he told him it would be a 30 minute wait and I thought yeah right, I was pleasantly surprised. Left one of the big 3 and cut payments in half with much higher speed too.

I was looking at a variety of new plans as I need additional data. Asking questions at the Bonnie Doon location resulted in the sales woman saying "I don't know man, just call the help line". Then deflecting any other inquiries I had with a shrug. It was bizarre. Go elsewhere.

Harman went above and beyond, offering to stay past their closing time to help me out with my late request, and walked me through my most painless internet setup to date. Freedom has always been there for me.

Please don’t go here. I’d rate this place 0 stars but I can’t. The person I tried to get help from just stayed on his game on his phone the whole time and acted very useless and rude for whatever reason. The charged me over $100 for no reason I haven’t used anything with freedom. Very angry at this company.

Everytime I come here, they answer my questions to a degree. But pass the buck, so to say, to the customer service line. And no one ever has the same answer. My plan was told to me one way. Two different staff members tell me new things about my plan each time I go in. Consistency would help. And when I want better reception in my areas of the home network, they offer a new plan. Things can be improved.
