HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would strongly recommend NOT to use that Location, and I really hope the management reading these reviews as people that work there are rude, arrogant and obnoxious. Visited this store today talked to Kevin. If I could I would give absolute ZERO for customer Service. AVOID!
Ridiculous customer service. The store had back to school promotions all over, from the posters outside to the tv screen and the little pamphlets on the counter. We asked what the back to school promotion was. Customer service dude took a sweet time checking his computer (aren't you supposed to know this off the top of your head if your store is teeming with it?), only to tell us promo has not started yet. That's it. Didn't even tell us when it will start or what it's about. Acted like we were bothering him when there was no one in store. Does freedom mobile not care about its image (not even customers) at all? Hiring people like this is embarrassing.
Talked/chatted to customer service for hours and problem not solved. Went here and Steven helped me solved the problem in 15 minutes. Great customer service.
Today I was helped out by Aaron and he went above and beyond for me! He called around to other stores to find the right phone for me and even gave me tips for dealing with Freedom for the future. I felt very taken care of and appreciated how he took so much time to help me! Thanks Aaron!
Terrible customer service The employee we meet was in the rude mode if not this is his norm. We approached him to inform him that one of our freedom lines is not working for the last 5 days. His responses was the system is down for few days and he doesn’t know if it will be fixed and when. We asked him to take a look to our SIM card especially our other 4 family lines are working. He said he can do nothing.
We called the customer service and After spending 4 hours communicating with freedom phone support, team, being transferred to 4-5 different people, the last technician send us back to a different store to change our SIM. What we request initial from the miserable employee. More than 6 hours of time waste.
This is exactly how you make a 10 years customer to move his business to a better company.
No doubt such an employee reflects the company culture
