Imagine standing at the kiosk of custome screens for the cell phones and tablet and don't know how to do it.that's what this sales woman said.be useful and able to do your job not just trying to look pretty. Third class service.

This is my third phone I have had ghost armor put on, it has made my phone last longer than I expected! On my last phone I had a hard fall, smashed my phone into the rocks face down and not even a dent in the ghost armor! I have also given an old phone with ghost armor on it to my uncle, who had it constantly falling off a roof or scaffolding and it held up so well. The technician Dameon who did my install today was able to check and see what I had last time, and make sure he used the same stuff. Top notch staff and top notch product! Will never go back to tempered glass protectors again. Can’t complain about the price, or the price for a replacement!

I have been using ghost armour on all my devices since forever. Today was my first bad experience as the worker was very pressuring, passive aggressive and rude. I was very disappointed. When I continually turned down a back cover he finally gave up and replied with “well if it breaks then it breaks”. I was quite tired of the sales tactic.

I went to the ghost armor to get a glass phone protector. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing my phone has protection on it. Amelia is the one who helped me. She was very friendly and nice and helped answer all of my questions. I will definitely be returning to get my phone protector done again.

This place is awesome I went and got my phone protective put on got anti-glare anti-fingerprint only took 8 minutes to girl that was doing it was very knowledgeable she explained everything to me about how it's done how long it lasts very respectable place if I could give it more than a 5 I would

Incredible experience and excellent customer service.
Staff really know what they're doing and I've had much better experiences than when I went there a few years ago (including a new protector and a replacement for my work phone).

If I could give Damen more than 5 stars I would. He is so phenomenal and does an amazing job. I followed him from Market Mall to Chinook just cause he's such an amazing person. He's so friendly to talk to and makes sure you're all taken care of. I definitely recommend coming to this location

A bit pricey for screen protectors, but it's worth it. Especially if you've invested in a high end device. Simply better than any protector you'd normally apply yourself.

Pro-tip: If you're using a otter-box or similar thick case for your phone, CLEAN IT OUT EVERY WEEK. At least. What happens is tiny dust particles will get trapped under the case and start to rub against the edges of the screen. This will cause micro-scratches. At best this will look terrible when you remove the protector after it starts to peel and at worst will cause a weak point for a crack to form.

It may be called "Ghost Armor" but it isn't some supernatural protective force. Use some common sense.

The staff at ghost armor are great! I brought in my brand new phone and they installed a new screen protector on it in under 10 minutes, and it was perfectly straight which is something I can be picky with lol. I love the matte option for screen protectors too!

Bad service! Rude person and doesn’t seem to know products, installed wrong on our iwatchs and then try to blame me for having cover? Went to south centre mall got it fixed there 1000% times better never again will use chinock mall ghost armor worse location I have ever used, I have used ghost armor for ever and don’t understand why this location so bad. All watches covers started peeling and then the guy who install blaming my cover, when I got at south centre no peeling, so either lack of training or just don’t care what they doing, instead of blaming long time customers DO YOUR JOB, I choose to pay very expensive price for something I can buy for $10 on Amazon I expect superior product from Ghost armor

Came on a Sunday to get my phone screen done. The two ladies were very helpful and polite. Even though it was busy they were able to do a good job on my phone and did their job well. Koodos for the workers on Sunday!

Came in today, the workers there are professional and nice. The girls were very busy but still had time to make sure I got what I needed. Worker recommended me the matte screen and I like it a lot so far. Definitely would come back and recommend to others!

Never have an issue with the product or the service. Screens are great for protecting my cellphone and don't have to worry about scratching it up anymore

Last Thursday I decided to get a new tempered glass screen protector for my iPhone at Ghost Armor. The reason I spent the $40 was because I thought that there was a 7 day long warranty, as stated on their website: "** Our Kiosk warranty will provide a replacement of your Armor at no charge within 7-days of the original purchase if it is defective in any way. " A day after I got the screen protector put on it had actually cracked. I brought it in and was told that this didn't qualify as a "defect, " although you'd think a $40 screen protector would be able to not crack after it hadn't been dropped one day after installation. With that being said, I was informed I had to pay an additional $15 to get a new screen protector put on. I paid the $15, got the installation and took my phone home. Not even two hours after the second installation the screen protector had cracked again and a bubble had appeared on the right edge. I'm not one to write reviews but the two screen protectors I got installed for $55 lasted a total of 48 hours combined. I will never go back and recommend anyone to buy the $10 protectors from amazon.

Stopped by and got the matte screen protectors on my phone. Sebastian was an amazing help making sure I got the correct product for me. Defiently gonna have to send my friends here

Terrible service, liars, they promised to give me lifetime guarantee, the only reason why a human will pay $40 for a screen protector that you can buy for nine dollars in Amazon (and the quality is even better there) it’s to get lifetime guarantee, and they did not give me that.when I purchased they told me just to come and bring my phone number and they will be able to give me a new one for life, they never mention that I needed to keep the broken one, and when I went there yesterday, they say the Werent gonna be able to give me one because I didn’t keep the broken one, so they told me to buy one full price again, I repeat again liars, liars, liars, $40 to the trash, I buy one in Amazon for nine dollars and it’s the double better quality of this one

Don’t waste your time they are scammers

I rated this kiosk very high, due to the handling of the receptionist to its customers. Very satisfying. Polite and knowledgeable. He answers all my inquiries and questions. The products are also very good.

Went to the store the other day with my cellphone to get replacement cover since the one they put on a couple years back came off and as per the person who was at the kiosk we had lifetime warranty if anything happens which seemed pretty good. Now they ask for the old worn off sticker for them to provide replacement which is unfair because you should say that when you sell your product and I would have kept the broken screen cover. To sell the product you guy pitch anything to your customer. I was even told that all we need is the client cell phone number and details for the warranty but now suddenly their policy changed and asked for the full price for the replacement and the product is not even nearly as good as they mention. The only thing which seemed fair was the warranty for the price you guys sell your product when there are way better similar product available at the market for lesser price maybe without the warranty. Next time make your customer aware of everything instead of saying whatever comes to your mind to just sell your product.

Bought an otter case and a ghost armor screen protector and the first time my phone fell out of my pocket and hit the ground the screen shattered. When I called to see if ghost armour could help me in any way they basically just told me there was nothing I could do. I will never buy anything from Ghost Armor again.

Staff are average and if your screen or case doesn’t work out they won’t help you. However, my phone screens haven’t seen a crack since I started getting ghost armour.

With regards to the comment made by a Zachary Payne who claimed that he was overcharged, treated unkindly and given a poor installation; Zachary has since visited Ghost Armor chinook for more installations as the manager not only re-installed a brand new apple watch protector for him (free of charge) but she had the employee who allegedly "treated him like a zero" apologize to Zachary. The employee went a step further to offer to pay this customer the 5 cents he had accidentally over charged him because Ghost Armor cares for its customers and their happiness. The team at chinook works tirelessly to uphold Ghost Armor's standards of professionalism and courtesy.
