I have been going to this store for a while now as I live nearby. The employees at customer service have been really rude. Have a nasty attitude and never have a smile on their face. Customer service isn't a hard job I have done it for years...

A great find for anyone who wants to find high quality Vietnamese ingredients at great prices. So fresh! It also has a very busy and helpful butcher shop. Far better than TNT as long as you aren't looking for seafood.

I'm from Lethbridge and I miss giant Tiger so much. I'm glad there's still one in Calgary:)

Always well stocked and clean, a pleasure to shop in. Fresher produce than Superstore and Walmart.

The store is always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and they have a good variety of things

Absolutely excellent. I called them ahead of time to find out if they had the product I was looking for in stock and I was told, yes they do. When I went to the Lucky Supermarket, they actually had that product in stock, which was very surprising...

I dislike Safeway. This one is close to my house and I needed bread. Only reason I'd ever stop. I never do full shopping at Safeway. Overpriced like all safeway/sobeys. Go pretty much anywhere else unless you like to overspend.

The location is bit weird. Not in a main road. However it's inside a community.

Food is relatively expensive comparing with other grocery store.

Many items don't have prices listed and when you do check out you can easily be overcharged as items are put incorrectly in the system. Staff is undertrained to deal with these mistakes.

Seafood dip pathetic compared to what it used to be. Now swamped with the cheapest ingredient, seafood sauce. Used to have real crab meat and shredded cheese on top. Now NO shredded cheese and micro crab. Pretty cheap guys. Not worth the money. Bad show...
