Very negative experience. I have yet to get in contact with head office to discuss my concerns and called multiple phone numbers where the automated response said the call volume was too high. Staff were rude, and made assumptions about me as a customer...

If I go in person to buy groceries this is the place. Very clean and convenient location that has friendly, helpful customer service.

Feels like I’m in the ghetto trying to find a shopping cart for my kid that doesn’t have the child straps cut off. Ridiculous for a newer store.

Prices are not very competitive with other Korean grocery stores. Very expensive and owner was not friendly when asking about products.

Update: They have improved immensely. I am glad this business reacts to reviews.

Love the Loblaws family of stores and this one tops the list. With food prices going up, you know what you're getting. Also, the sales are great!

There prices are sky high when people can't afford their prices they should lower their prices so we can buy more goods especially know when our Bill's are sky high and rent is sky high lower the cost of food so we can all eat.

It was Alberta Beef weekend, excellent food and service, top quality, it may cost more but you can’t beat the quality and service!

They need to take better care of their inventory. Other Safeways have the products that are constantly missing here.
