Pros: Responsive to emails
Cons: They do not stand behind their work - siding fell off within 2 years. Disappointing craftsmanship at best

- Took possession of new home on December 1,2021
- June 13,2023 - siding at the top got detached and fell off
- Emailed Igloo Building Supplies on June 14,2023
- Was told that it's past 1 year warranty (I guess siding is only supposed to last for a year)
- Was told that it's normal wear and tear for laned homes that create "wind tunnels".

It's genuinely hard to find a company with integrity that stands behind their work quality. Hopefully my review helps someone who's looking to build a new home or find quality contractors. Praying that my house doesn't blow away before next summer too

Great quality products and a knowledgeable sales team (Matt and Jason), who work closely with their builders. Highly recommend them!

If you’re a contractor, and you want fewer headaches, then you need to use Matt at igloo. Diligent and organized.

I have almost completed building a garage suite as a first time homeowner GC. I have taken on full renos of homes in the past but never a full complete build like this and I can say that I was definitely a little over my head on it. I am so thankful for Matt Kratzmann and the Igloo crew. They assisted with difficulties we faced with city approvals, offered great prices on their products, had excellent communication on all products and deliveries and whenever there was a hiccup on their end (which I believe there was only one) they were on top of it and took care of it very quickly. Matt was also so incredibly helpful with every request and question I had. This build would have been far more difficult without Igloo Building Supplies and I am so thankful we used them.

Excellent service! Jamie went above and beyond helping me with my home renovations. He was able to get me the exact flooring I wanted at the last minute. He even drove to my home to meet with the installers & help them out. When I required some additional boxes to complete the job, Jamie had the flooring delivered within 20 minutes. Jamie was available to assist me with questions and concerns during the entire restoration. My home looks amazing. Thank you Jamie Campbell

I had them put together my material for a 600sqft deck. I was impressed with the service, prices and overall quality of the material that was provided. Also, their delivery was ahead of schedule and the driver was fantastic to deal with. Kudos.

Horrible. We're framers and did two skinny houses side by side and the home builder chose to use Igloo for their building supplies. Igloo made countless mistakes throughout both projects. There were mistakes all over the plans that they drew up. And not little mistakes - both houses had to be torn apart and rebuilt to fix their mistakes in order to get it pass inspection. If that wasn't bad enough there also were extreme delays in delivery, errors in what was actually ordered vs.received, not to mention their awful lazy drivers. And no compensation whatsoever for their errors, not even an apology. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I’ve dealt with igloo a few times now
Stairs drywall insulation.
I honestly can not say anything negative about the company.
Pick update on my stairs was dead on.
Drywall delivery was done on time with courtesy staff on both ends
Great price on insulation.
Being a female and building a house on your own. Most companies will try to shaft you and discredit other companies.
Igloo was great took the time to make sure I got what I needed.

Working for this company is a waste of time and energy, even the pay is garbage like that of a modern slavery. The owner and managament care only for themselves and everyone working here has no idea what they are doing, office staff are often confused.
