Came in wanting laminate or vinyl, after speaking to Tyler I was able to determine that I wanted vinyl, and he kindly allowed me to take samples home to determine which would be the right fit for my new home. Amazing experience, amazing customer service, will definitely be back!

The staff and installer were very cordial and easy to deal with. Several issues were identified after the installation and subsequently resolved. They take ownership and pride in their work and there was no hint of trying to dismiss anything as "normal". It was encouraging to see that there are still people who are honorable.

This is a lovely, spacious, bright store with a great selection of area carpets. There was a good choice of sizes, materials and prices in the hanging carpets which were all at reduced prices. After I made my selection Kim Oakes offered to finish the sale and arranged for another staff member to roll up the carpet and put it in my car. The store manager joined us for a friendly chat. This was a relaxing exchange and I got a great carpet for a really good price. Thank you Jordans.

I had worked with Louis when I was an installer’s helper back in 2016-2018. Customer’s always spoke highly of him, he was easy to work with and fair. This made me like Jordans and even seek employment with them and buy a rug, soon going to buy my second. 5/5 for sure.

Bryn eckart-John in shipping and receiving is a great shipper receiver he helped me reorganize the back of my truck to make it easier for me to do other drop offs throughout the day. Very polite on the phone.

From start to finish this was a great experience (new carpet installation in 3 bedrooms). Paolo was informative, great to work with and always on time. The installation crew were amazing! 2.5hrs and everything was complete and perfect.

Jordan's in Calgary has restored my faith in honest, efficient business practices! George and ALL whom helped our family restore a water logged oak wood floor, carpeted pool room and lino in my sewing room were amazing! Fantastic workmanship (Hason) the pride and care they took was shown in their great service. Kudos! If you are in need of flooring call Jordan's! Their knowledge and quick turn around was greatly appreciated!
