Awful experience with Connor… not very friendly and I spent over 3 hours trying to buy an Apple Watch. He didn’t update me on the issues there was and was being for rude to the customer service person who was trying to resolve it. Eventually I stepped out to take a breathe and he started helping someone new instead of finishing up with me.
My wife and I had to port our phones to TELUS Mobility to access a US-Canada package for the winter from a previous provider who could no longer offer that service. We had numerous issues which took 3 hours to entirely resolve. Cale? Was so patient, helpful and competent with sorting out many problems to our complete satisfaction.great guy and great representative for this outlet and TELUS, which can be a pain to deal with at times.
My husband went here last night to get a new phone as his broke and was unusable. Not only did they charge him an extra $50 just to buy the phone out right (that’s absolute robbery. They say it’s because he wasn’t a customer, but this booth is where he got hooked up to Koodo in the first place. You’re scum.) but the kid working didn’t even help him quickly transfer his data to his new phone. Terrible service. If you’re looking for a new phone, just go to the Walmart booth around the corner. They can hook you up with much better deals, no random $50 scam charge, and take the time to make sure your phone is actually working with/for you.
The man that helped me was AMAZING. He knew what he was talking about and wasn't trying to upsell. I'm sure I was one of those customers that asked waaaay too many questions but he had every answer. From comparing brands and quality ect ect on all types of phones.not just Samsung. Highly knowledgeable. Great experience. I wish i knew his name.
My boyfriend and I dealt with Connor today and it took two hours. He handled it like a champ. Computer issue after computer issue. He kept his cool and just kept unnecessarily apologizing. I had exactly the opposite experience at Rogers, so when my contract is up I will be switching. Thanks Connor
They said we had to buy a new phone, to allow for them to change our data plan. We had a free upgrade from 6 Gbytes to 8 Gbytes for 60$ bucks / month. So I had to go online and do it for FREE. Ha. That's a bit of a joke as they were not that busy. DSAM
It was a most Awesome experience.the representative was very knowledgeable, kind and so very helpful! She made sure I had a smooth transition and helped set up my new phone! I would be more than happy to recommend others! Well Done!
Service provider was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing what to do to fix my phone on my own. He was polite and timely. We will go back to them again, so glad I didn’t have to drive all the way to am Apple store.
