Mex Rent A Car

Unfortunately a family member had a bad experience with this company, they rented a car for 4 days in Cancun and on the first night someone brushed against the front bumper while the vehicle was parked, the company made them take out 2 insurances when renting the car, neither of them It was valid and now Erin charged their card for 2,600 dlls for damage to the vehicle, they never gave them answers or returned the money, if you are a foreigner NO! RENT WITH THEM

Worst company EVER! We arrived in Vancouver, got our luggage and then went to the car rental area. Couldn’t find a kiosk for them anywhere (even though is says YVR location). We finally called the company and they said that we were 8 minutes late and they have a 30 min pickup window. They advised that they had given our car away and we would not be refunded our $500.00. Highway robbery. Do not trust this company - they will take your money even though they have not provided any service. We have contacted Go Public. Expedia should not have them as an option on their website!

My boss was 38 minutes late for her car booking due to a flight delay and was told her car was not available anymore and she wouldn't get a refund. They said 'call Mexico' if you have any issues. Wow, goodbye to $550.

Our flight was 8 minutes late, went to pick up our car and they gave it away and kept our money and told us since ur flight was late we have to request a refund. Worst service ever. Don’t use this company.

Wonderful service and free shuttle pickup and drop off to airport. Prices are way cheaper than the companies at the airport. Definitely worth renting it.
