Took my phone in to this location yesterday evening (Jan 4/ 2024) The workers here do NOT know what they are doing here and should honestly not have job in this field. Not sure if they are stupid, lazy or both. Anyways… the problem was new software update affected my phones ability to connect to wifi. Told them exactly what the Samsung representative said needed to be done to the phone (which was uninstalling all the software updates on the phone and re installing the software updates SIMPLE FIX which another location was able to fix in 15min and didn’t charge a penny) spent an hour at this location for them to only factory reset the phone, this took two people just to do that (like we hadn’t already tried factory resetting it already) and tell us it would cost $600 dollars to replace the motherboard and when I asked for an explanation to why it was the mother board they could not give me an answer and after pressing more they said it was a manufacturers defect. They don’t know what they are talking about and couldn’t do a simple 15 minute fix. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
These guys suck. I don't know if they don't know their stuff or if they're just lazy but we came to them with an issue and they reset the phone and it didn't solve it obviously. (As if we hadn't tried it already) and so they told us it needed a new motherboard for $600. So we took it elsewhere and they had it fixed in 15 minutes. (For free)
The store was super helpful, especially Jennes, He quickly identified the problem within seconds and fixed the problem. Would definately visit here in the future if I run into any device related issues.
**PHONE DAMAGED AFTER REPAIR** Take pictures of your phone. Make sure you write down the exact condition of your device before taking it in.and get a SIGNATURE from their employees. They will be careless with their repairs, damage your phone and refuse to own up to it. Furthermore, they will LIE and blame you for causing it. They have no problems faking/backdating inspection reports etc. They have no real evidence like pictures.
Shady business practices. If they refuse to give you the condition of your phone INWRITING before taking it in for repair.do not do it. Samsung/Apple will not help you because they falsify the records and state devices were damaged before hand.
I am so happy with my experience here. They were so helpful, happy and kind. Listened to my issues without judgement and went out of their way to help me. I would 10000% recommend coming to this mobile klinik as I drove almost 2 hours to and would do it again in a heart beat for the amazing service I received.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PNONE HERE! THEY WILL HACK YOUR PHONE AND BUY APPLE GIFT CARDS. THEY WILL TELL YOU IT WILL COST YOU $60 TO FIX YOUR PHONE THEN CHARGE $300 WITH FALSE REPAIR CLAIMS. THEY ARE THIEVES!
The staff there is very courteous and knowledgeable. They were the only place in Edmonton that was willing to try to repair a Samsung Z4 Flip. I would highly recommend this location!

I thought my battery on my Samsung A71 was dead. Deepak took my phone and spent almost an hour checking it and my charging cable and box only to determine that my cord was the problem. I bought a new cord and he did not even charge me for his time. I would recommend this place to anyone and will certainly go back when I need something else.
Mobile klinik is excellently Marvellous in customer service and they are articulate in fixing Mobile phones problems and issues without unnecessary delays. It was a good experience. Excellent job.
Awesome customer service, turn around time was quick, taking into account they had to order specialized parts. They made my warranty process seamless, my phone was given back to me in way better condition than I had brought it in. 100% recommend.
Sold my iPhone 8 that was in perfect condition but only got $30 because the battery is old. Then the guy working ignores me when I tell him about the $10 coupon they give you when selling a phone and then once I remind him he says there is nothing he can do. He then proceeds to tell me you need to wait 24 hours for the Visa card to activate when you can in fact actually use it right after by logging into the website with your card.
