Went in Southgate Mall for a phone repair and I was directed by 2, TWO of their competitors to this booth in the mall. I had a screen protector installed and it didn't pan out with my phone. Aman was quick to greet us, dropped what he was doing to let us know he'd be right with us. He fully, fully explained the different types of screen protectors and even gave us his suggestion as to what he has on his phone. He was super informing and helpful. Aman deserves a week paid holiday. Keep that man around your business, because of him, we will be back to that booth. Thank you Aman and amazing customer service!

Totally recommend going here for phone repairs, screen protectors and cases. Make sure you see Aman if you need any questions asked with screen protectors. He filled us in with certain protectors after my boyfriend got one installed yesterday and he suggested the proper screen protector for his phone and even said he would install for the price difference and gave us a certain percentage off because it was installed yesterday. We truly appreciate how he gave us the knowledge and was understanding and down to earth, he truly went above and beyond for his customers. We honestly need more customer service workers like this. Great store. My screen had cracked and I had one free replacement under my Rogers plan. Aman was awesome. I booked the appointment for Tuesday at 11 am, and an hour and a half later, my phone was ready for pickup. Definitely recommend for cell phone repair.

Nobody showed up to my morning appointment. Only half an hour after leaving did they call me back arguing with me that someone was there the entire time. Not sure how good their repairs are but that was a horrible start to customer service.

Excellent customer service I repaired my broken Samsung s20 phone screen at this location and they did very good job.

Very bad place to get your screen fixed. I would give this place -10 if I could. I went in for a simple screen replacement. They short circuited my battery and it would not charge. They also damaged the camera and ear piece ribbon inside so I could not hear anything from the earpiece. I have the damaged parts as proof. Avoid this place at all costs. Avoid! Do not go here!

Did an upgrade at the bell store and i was looking to buy the OtterBox but they did not have it on my way out i stopped at the kisosk not only i found the case but at a ver good price will come back for all my accessory needs
