Right as we entered Jade provided a warm and welcoming environment and listened to our needs. She gave us quite a few options to consider and provided samples so we could ensure the colour we picked worked with our walls and furniture. She was very patient with all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable. Once we decided on the colour she was able to provide us with a quote and book us in very quickly. We are extremely happy with the results and 100% will be referring our friends and family to mr.plank going forward!

Jayde was very unprofessional, and even got in our face raising here voice and calling us dumb because we didn’t know much about the flooring we needed. Can’t believe she’s a manager.

Upon entering the store we were greatly promptly by the sales associate. They pointed us in the direction of the vinyl plank that was currently in stock, as we were down from Fort McMurray and needed something that day. The process was seamless and easy, a quote was created we accepted the quote and agreed upon a time to return and collect the floor later that afternoon. Will definitely keep Mr. Plank on my radar for future flooring projects and would highly recommend anyone looking for flooring to check out the in-store inventory and custom order items.

Fantastic selection & great service! The last flooring place I went to on that side of town ordered the wrong flooring which delayed my project - nice to deal with guys who specialize in vinyl plank and laminate plank
