My experience with Oaktree Carpets was excellent right from the initial lazer measuring for install purposes through to the actual carpet install. My installers were obviously very experienced and just did a super job and my Oaktree sales rep was most helpful, patient and knowledgeable as she covered all my options.

We took home many carpet samples and we were able to narrow it down. The installation team led by Stuart, was highly professional, precise, and the installation is flawless. Have been looking for an area rug for a long time at many places and hit the jackpot at Oaktree! They have a great selection and have hung them in a way that is easier to access and see. I dealt with Shaley and her customer service was outstanding!
I looked around the store and they have quite a large store with nice carpet and flooring. The store has a warm and friendly ambiance and I highly recommend them!

We just recently had some carpet installed on our stairs and I must say that the people at Oaktree were amazing, I was dealing with Kathy on the purchase and installation and it was a pleasure to deal with a pro, the entire process starting out with choosing the carpet to having it installed was seamless and easy simply because these people know their business. Kelly our installer did a great job and kudos to him. We also bought flooring previously and it's all top quality merchandise they sell for a great price. We definitely will be returning in the future.

Everyone at Oaktree were great to deal with! The team were great helping me pick out a carpet with a price that matched what we were looking for and the install team were on top and did an amazing job. Even a few months later when one of the seams did not quite blend perfectly I called and asked about it and 2 days later the tech came back and fixed it 100% perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and extremely well priced with lots of inventory. (Wait times elsewhere were awful to get material in). 10 out 10!

Adding to this review as I can't put a new one in. We bought a new home, needed new carpet throughout. As we have had previous excellent service from Oaktree there was no question as to who we would choose. Once again, very satisfied with the whole process. Everyone we dealt with was proffesional, friendly and very helpful. We had our entire condo done with vinyl flooring and carpet. I've used Oak Tree several times and I will keep going back. They have a decent selection at great prices and their installers are top notch. Very friendly, efficient and they clean up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Oaktree and their installers last summer could not have been better. I was super stressed during our whole house renovation and Jacki was the perfect sales person for me. She gave me very honest opinions which I found VERY helpful and I truly appreciated her for doing so. She also had years of experience and was great at explaining the pros and cons of the various products. I also liked that the sales team is not on commission. This enabled me to pop in at any time and other members of the sales team would help me on the odd occasion when Jacki was not there. I had 2 separate flooring orders and the team facilitated the entire process flawlessly. And the installation teams led by Stuart were fabulous. Stuart had an eye for detail, coupled with his years of knowledge/experience, willingness to please, extremely professional, polite, and skilled to make sure that our job was completed perfectly. They were the only trades on our project that I can say were perfect in every way. And unlike the other trades on our project, Stuart told us exactly when he would be there and each time he and or his team were on time. I HIGHLY recommend Oaktree and their install team and won't hesitate to use them again and have been recommending them to all our co-workers.

That was my review 4 years ago. The same fabulous customer service exists, along with a large selection of products. Jenny helped me and proved again how well she knows her products. I own apartment buildings and Oaktree Carpets are the only company I go to purchase my floor coverings. ️️️️️
