Hayat has been nothing but pleasant and professional. She helped my husband and I find a car within our budget. She found ways for us to be able to get the best deal. Definitely recommend this company.

Seems to be well priced compared to the airport. Since we all know hidden fees are added to every rental price, this place has the lowest I saw.

Although I don't agree with these fees and have no clue what they even mean, here is the breakdown:

$2.99 / day "parking recovery fee"
$2.99 / day "vehicle license fee"
$1.50 / day "vehicle road tax"
Uber: $15 from airport x 2

Basically $7.50 on top of your rental for fees that make no sense.

Rental rate can be from $70 and up depending on vehicle and how long.

The nice lady that helped us on Monday was a hiker and foodie. She suggested amazing places to go eat and we enjoyed it all. The best place was Major Tom's downtown Calgary.

It seems they have maybe 1 or 2 staff during the week so be patient if you are renting, they are trying to juggle all the responsibilities.

Overall I will come back here next time. They have a nice selection of vehicles, clean and new.

*be careful when searching for car rental places because I noticed there are a few sketchy ones that don't even look like they exist.

We heard great things about Pacific Car Rentals through a mutual friend and it did not disappoint. We arrived early to our 10am pick up on the morning, and our car was ready; a beautiful Hyundai Elantra. The car was cleaned professionally with a full tank of gas and ready to go. Codi and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and answered any questions that we had. We ended up needing the car for an extra few hours on the last day. We called Codi and he sorted us out which we were absolutely delighted about.
I will definitely be recommending Codi & Pacific Car Rentals to all my friends in the future and look forward to renting a car off them soon:)

I found Pacific Car Rentals online, and based on the reviews I booked a car. From beginning to end the service was fantastic. I was able to speak to a person without being on endless hold. The car was good, and the pricing was fair. I would recommend this business.

My experience with Pacific Car Rentals was extremely pleasant. I scheduled an appointment online after filling a short form and I received a call from them just a few minutes later even though I completed the form late in the evening. Though the vehicle I requested was not available, they offered me a better alternative for the same cost. The car was ready and available (very neat and in super good condition) when I went to pick it up in the morning. The attending staff was very warm and friendly. My use and return of the vehicle was also very seamless. No time waste or overwhelming paperwork. I would give more than an 5 star if I could. Highly recommend.

I had been looking to rent a SUV for my vacation trip to Vancouver. I found Pacific car rentals in Calgary when driving past and thought I should check them out. I met Cody, who was a pleasure to talk with. The price was reasonable and the time for availability matched for what I needed.
The Ford Escape was new and clean. The vehicle handled very well with out any surprises and had great fuel economy.

Pacific rentals was life saver when we wanted a big van during our vacation and they made it. Very convenient location from YYC and staff was awesome. Had a great time on road with the vehicle we rented. Smooth and fast rental process.
