I recently visited PWF Floors & Decor in hopes of finding some insight on redesigning my master bathroom with modernized tile. I visited numerous flooring stores before, and found that PWF Floors & Decors goes above and beyond to help their clients. They put in a significant amount of time to help me find the perfect tile that contrasts the rest of my home. I highly recommend them to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Went here while renovating, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and there was a wide variety of options to choose from.ended up picking something affordable but will return when I renovate again!

Excellent reception and was given the best carpet and price with an open and honest approach by Karan. He explained everything clearly and is very willing to work with us on our schedule. Great experience and eager for the installation.

Karan at the south side location was excellent. He was knowledgeable and polite. I really appreciate and respect a sales person that is honest and educated rather than pushy. We purchased all our flooring for our new home through Pwf floors and he always updated our pricing so that we saved the most possible. I am very very impressed with all the flooring we chose and I feel confident in my choices given the education and information Karan provided.

Last April I went to discuss with the manager Daya regarding returning a product. After discussion we came up with a compromise and I felt that I received a great service and I wanted to take the time to share it! I was meant to do it earlier but I am doing it today.

I have been using PWF (Payless Flooring) for the past 10 years. I have used this business for multiple homes and commercial projects over this time. They have supplied me with all types of flooring from carpet, hardwood, tile, and mosaics. There selection and pricing is the gold standard in the city. The installers have always been courteous and have completed all jobs above my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Keep up the excellent work!

They have multiple variants and huge collection of carpets and hardwood. I bought the Lauzon hardwood and Karastan silk carpet at the cheapest prices in the city. Karan was very helpful and guided me very well.

PWF FLOORS & DECORS have great new selection in their newly updated showroom, most wonderful tiles, carpet and wood selection. I was very impressed with Peter one of the sales person with wealth of knowledge in flooring. Definatly recomend strongly. Prices are great.

We dealt through the Southside location and it had a great selection of tiles to choose from. Pleasant to deal with Nash and the staff there. Their installer did the actual walkthrough and prior to the quote so there were no surprises when he came and did the work. Great install in a tricky multi cut layout. Looking forward to some more work in our home.

If the service and installation is as bad as one of the owner's/employees driving, STAY AWAY!
A dark pickup with a paylessfloors website in rear window cut off 2 vehicles wetbound on Whitemud Drive On July 31st, and when traffic slowed down and I was able to see the male driver, he was texting as he was driving.wish I would have reported him to Police.you don't do business while driving as you Paylessfloors are a hazard to the public.

Amazing customer service by Karan, spend time with me understand exactly what I need for my new house. He was very patient and knowledgeable and new what best suit my choice. No dought Paless Wholesake Flooring has a good and huge variety to select from.

A wide variety of instock tile, give them a look if you need something right away. Greg was very helpful and gave some good advice. Never ended up getting our tile there, this time but I'm sure I'll be back.

Major selection of tiles and other flooring products. We checked prices at many stores and found this guys sell about 5-10% cheaper than others.
Installation prices also very reasonable.
