I had an excellent experience at PWF Floors & Decors when revamping my basement and kitchen with their top-quality tiles. They had an amazing variety of floor and wall tiles, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Delivery was prompt, and the quality of the tiles was exceptional. A minor issue with a tile was resolved professionally by Simran.

Visited their west end location last Saturday and it was lovely to be there. I think PWF have got a great variety of flooring sitting in their store, as promised I received the slabs for my main floor today. I feel they fulfill their promises and take their job pretty seriously.

PWF Floors supplied our tile and floors for our new build. We had such a great experience with them. Simran has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was extremely generous with his time answering our questions, providing detailed explanations, and provided us with great guidance to make the right selections for our home. We trusted his advice and felt we were in good hands throughout the process. We would absolutely come back for any future needs and 100% recommend PWF floors for your home interiors!

Beautiful huge showroom, I was shocked with the real life showroom, so easy to select as everything is properly setup the way it should look in your home. Simran helped me a lot with his knowledge of construction, definitely recommend everyone to this place

Pricing is excellent, but the best part is the quality of the work they do. Fine detail in the finishing of the floors. The quality of their work can be a small detail that you may not think about. Would definitely go back to them and recommend them to all that need flooring!

The showroom at PWF Flooring and Decor is just spectacular and next to none. What is it that you seek in a Luxury tile? Just a visit to that showroom will blow you away. Tiles from Italy Spain and so much more of their luxury collection will convince you they got it all. Their customer service demonstrates customer first; customer are treated with maximum respect and regard. Just awesome in every sense of it.

I picked up an order at this location that I ordered on the south side. This location was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient.

We came to PWF Floors and Decors, to help us create our dream house, and they did just that. From the initial planning to the final stages they were there to help no matter what. We bought in our samples and they help pick the right tile to create a special home for us. We cannot say enough about the service and the expertise. I came into PWF Floors and had a great experience. The showroom is the nicest I've seen. They have beautiful displays and array of product selection. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There prices are competitive and they display all the prices. I didn't have to ask what the price was for everything I looked at like most competitors. There tile selection is unmatched. They have so many nice products that I had never seen before. Did a small reno but will be coming back here for our custom home!

Loved the showroom and the amount of product that they had available. It was challenging during COVID-19 to find a place to visit. The associates were helpful and answered what questions I had. My bathroom stall turned out beautiful with the tile I purchased there.

Recently used PWF to outfit our Derm Clinic In SW Edmonton, they were great to deal with for the consultation, they delivered the flooring on time, and the installers were fabulous, they really spent the time to mark the centre line, and ensure the tile flows beautifully, flooring was so even throughout, they also then came back to do inspection after the job is done. Not to many companies that go the extra mile, PWF floors did. Will definitely use them again.

I’m a home builder and have been using PWF for the last 10 years for all of my new homes and renovation projects. They’re selection of flooring is unmatched in the city especially their tile selection. Top quality products, that I have never seen anywhere else. We had our custom house built by ****** Homes Inc, and builder sent us to place in south side and all our flooring came from that place.we couldn't find large format fireplace tiles at that store. My designer friend came back from holidays and she recommend PWF Floors and our 24 x 48 La-fabbrica designer tiles looks stunning on the fireplace. I am heart broken why the builder didn't choose all our flooring here.rest of the main floor tiles in the house looks dull from the other place in south side compare to what I have seen here with the designer, I had asked the builder to replace all my flooring now and purchase the KAURI 8 x 48 complimenting tile to install on the main floor. Finally, he has agreed to replace and promised to send all of his clients here going forward to keep his customer's happy for life. Thank You PWF for making my house the perfect house on the block.

We had some issue with one flooring company and asked for some assistance from several other companies and no one willing to listen or help.but when I contacted Daya at PWF Flooring, he listened to the problem and gave me suggestions to fix the issues that won't break my budget.he was very professional and offered his professional advice without any hesitation. Best place to shop for products. I wasn't able to purchase Tiles from Agate Tile & Stone, cause it was only for distribution. Boys refereed me to PWF Floors & Decors next door so, I brought my contractor Mike in today to check out the quality and prices for my new house project. Hands down, we were both blown away with selection. I will be back to pickup all of other flooring soon cause, I had an amazing experience.

PWF has an ample collection of mosaics, tiles, carpet, wood, etc. I am very pleased with the service they had provided me, and it is strongly recommended for everyone.
