Horrible customer service. They are just there to take the money and then forget about customer service.
They never pick up the phone, you leave a voicemail and they respond with email, like you guys make so much money, hire more people and answer people's questions.
Evaluation fee was $100 last year and now in 2023 there is 3.5 times jump to $350, this is to the point where they either don't want people coming in the industry or they think people are fool and won't notice.
Even with this increase they still don't answer phone calls. Looking in to these reviews they should make sure their customer service gets better.
Reca holds people in the profession to a higher standard, how about Reca do that to themselves.

Theres an older caucasian lady on the other side of the call that seems to be the only one that addresses most calls. She is extremely unempathetic and unhelpful and leaves people very frustrated. I personally submitted everything in my application on time but they ignored it all. And blamed me for not submitting earlier because they couldnt get to it. Sounds way too ridiculous to be true but it is. So now i have to pay again and start a brand new application. Even more frustrating when the lady on the other end has a stick up, and isnt willing to help in any way.

So I have a Masters Degree in Engineering from University of British Columbia. And they say i do not meet English Language criteria?

“Just because i completed my masters in less than 2 years”

Like how does this make sense? How did i get in UBC for masters program? How can number of years detemine for this criteria?
And how can UBCs Masters degree be not enough

If I could give 0 stars i would. Horrible Horrible customer service. Ladies do not know how to speak with people who are paying this company. Need to learn customer service skills or hire new people at the front that know how to talk like a decent human being. Hardly you can reach these people and once you do they do not even know basic manners. Kindly do yourself a favour and go with another real estate portal.

Receptionist is very RUDE. I cannot believe this big organization has this poor customer service staff. Didnot even let me finish my sentence, cut me off. RECA you need to teach you receptionist about customer service.

I was the new person who wanted to register with RECA and this is the help I got.

This rating is just for receptionist, you dont even deserve one star. Thanks for ruining my day!
