We had Renew Flooring install new flooring in our 34ft fifth wheel. The work they did was beyond perfect. He came out to our place (30 minutes west of Edmonton) to have a look at the 5th wheel, gave us some ideas. He never hesitated coming out to verify something. My husband and I recently downsized to a condo. Upon taking possession we notice the carpets were in worse condition than originally thought and decided to replace them. Only issue was we hoped to have them replaced before the movers arrived. Due to our short time frame we had limited options however Kelly was able to find a carpet which was very close to what we had but much better quality. The installers were quick, efficient, friendly and skilled.

We recently decided to replace some carpet with vinyl flooring in an upstairs bonus room. On the advice of the tradesman that would do the install, we stopped in at Renew Flooring in west Edmonton to shop for product that would meet our needs. We had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Smith. Robert was very knowledgeable and showed us a wide range of products that would fit the bill and was able to stay within our budget. With the deal he was able to provide we were able to expand our project to include carpet upstairs as well. Not only did Robert recommend excellent installers he also helped us out by coordinating efforts between them. All through the process he was a phone call away to answer questions or assist us in obtaining the necessary supplies. I can not recommend Renew Flooring enough. We regret there are only 5 stars to give.

Recently I approached ReNew Floor covering for advice, product knowledge and to work with to make the changes desired, The staff were outstanding both from a customer service perspective answering every question and offering knowledgeable advice. The installers were courteous, patient and demonstrated incredible attention to detail.   Definitely would recommend this business to everyone.

Disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service from this local business. The process of flooring removal to prep to install and now to having gaps throughout the flooring they installed has been a nightmare. They take no accountability for their mistakes and have told me I need to lower my standards. It's been over a month since I informed Jennifer of the multiple gaps and she said she would get back to me about having them fixed. I have not heard from her since. Their workers left their garbage around my house, blood in multiple places, helped themselves to my kitchen, and damaged and stole several items. The owner, Kelly, is dismissive of concerns and does not respond to emails. I've been more than patient as this has been going on since June and they have had many opportunities to make this situation right but are choosing not to.

Both the sales staff and installer were helpful and professional, taking their time to make sure I was satisfied. I am very happy with the service and product. I will never go any place else again.

Fabulous job! Robert Smith helped me pick out an affordable, water proof laminate for my newly purchased condo this spring. He was always easy to reach by phone, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I also appreciated that they asked for my opinion on the details, like what direction I wanted the planks to run. The estimate provided covered every possible expense, including the off-chance that floor boards would need to be replaced if damaged during the process. Their flooring staff were also very professional and finished the job in amazing time (less than 3 days for the whole condo). The end result is a beautiful laminate floor that surpassed my expectations and very reasonable rate.

When we bought our first house a few years ago, we really struggled to find a company we trusted to do our carpet at a reasonable price - we eventually found Renew and we haven't looked back. We recently moved again needed new carpet once more, and we never considered using anyone else. Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs (and pets) and installers Ray and Mike did an amazing job with all of the stairs in our house and cuts that were required. If you're looking for carpet - your search is over, just go with Renew!

Highly recommend the quality of their products, workmanship in installation and attention to detail. We challenged the conventional level of soundproofing for our condo by adding a layer of foam underlay beneath LVP. The end result was amazing: beautiful, quiet, solid and a completely made-in-Canada solution.

I'm so happy with my new carpet! The ReNew team took such great care of my home. The installers did an incredible job pulling up the old flooring and installing the new carpet. We experienced a fairly extensive flood at our house which necessitated replacing hardwood in three rooms, a staircase and a hallway. We were aware of ReNew through friends, and asked them to do the work within the allowance provided by our insurance company. They completed the work on time and on budget. The crew were completely professional, pleasant and experienced. The finished flooring was excellent and flawless. We were so pleased we had them update our baseboards as well. Excellent! We will use them again.

Working with these guys was great from start to finish. They had tons of samples I could choose from and knew the product/install inside and out.

When we moved into our home almost 6 years ago, our basement carpet was grungy. We steamed it. We dyson'd it. We hid the cigarette burns with strategically placed furniture. It was a 40 year old house and other things came first, like a hot water tank, a new deck & fence, windows, etc.

But this year, it was that carpet's turn. I know there are a lot of flooring company choices out there, but I only had to send 1 e-mail and Jennifer at Renew was ready to help me. We had a specific budget, color, and softness factor in mind, but were lost at how long it would take, and what really needed to be done.

Jennifer came to my place at 4: 30 on a Friday with her bright smile and samples, took measurements in under 30 minutes and talked color with us. She was so friendly and accomodating. When the installers came, they were professional, clean, kind, and the best part is we now have a gorgeous, soft, and warm carpet for our basement - now I never want to leave!
