The worst Service ever, it's better to get a car rental from a well known name and big companies rather than having literally a wreck

I rented a medium sized car for two weeks in winter. The car was great, good snow tyres got me everywhere I needed to go in BC and with free pick up and drop off at Calgary airport. I had an issue with the battery. Bill agreed that I should take it to a local garage. They checked the car and replaced the battery. Even though the price was the same as the rental Bill refunded me in full without a problem. I’d recommend them for their great service and very reasonable prices.

We rented Dodge Caravan for our 6-day trip. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish and we didn’t had problem with the car. Comfortable ride and very friendly host. Thank you!

Bill is a very helpful person and have a very good customer service experience. He went out of his way to help out with the rental needs suitable for the trip with family. Highly recommend this company for all your rental needs. Closer to the Calgary international airport and very reasonable price.

Before leaving Toronto we were shopping around online for car rental but the ones available for our dates were very expensive. Upon arrival in the hotel, we saw the rental car desk and we approached the gentleman. He gave us a very reasonable rate and very convenient to return the car. Had a great experience renting a vehicle from here. Our rental rate was very reasonable and our customer service experience was straightforward. Recommend for easy and affordable car rentals in Calgary.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude and unprofessional. Went to ask the representative about rates and called me a liar when trying to compare my current rate. Definitely do not recommend such a foul hearted individual or a company that hires such people.

Edit. The individual didn’t quote a price. He asked what my current rate was and called me a liar. Showed him proof and proceeded to be a terrible representative

Very Prompt and Organized. My family and I were worried about the vehicle being a 2021 but the prices were fair. We arrived on time and he had the car ready to go. The car was amazing and clean and filled with full gas:)

We rented 15 passanger Van for our trip, We suppose to get our van by 4.30 pm, we asked the owner please let us know if we could get early.he called us early in the morning for pick up the Van, that part made our trip even more joyfully. We coverd most of the places on time.
He also offered us to drop at the hotel when we went to return our Van.
Van was parking clean, top notch customer service.
Highly recommend.

Customer service is a joke. Absolutely no help what so ever when trying to rent a car. Just walked out. Do not ever rent here

Excellent service with unbeatable price with plenty of options. Just got a mini van for 10 days with a great deal. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Bill is doing a really good job.

Mr. Parmar arrived promptly at the airport after calling him. I had great service. I was really grateful to be given such an excellent price for such a reliable vehicle.
Also, Mr Parmar's provided excellent advice. He was thoughtful enough to explain to us to be careful of the frequently changing speed
limits as they could easily result in tickets.

Worst customer service. Booked the vehicle, but they said they sold it out to different person 5 minutes ago. Didn't bother to give us a call either.
