I had called to see if the phone they wanted was in stock, and Darshil answered the phone and said it was! When I got down there the store was busy and Darshil was so polite and handling a store full of customers very well! Once it was my turn, he made the process so easy to upgrade my phone! He was very kind, fast and made the process fun! If you’re looking for a new upgrade, I recommend seeing him! Amazing customer service!:)

Dale is awesome, I totally recommend him. I had my first contract with ROGERS 2 years ago and he did all the work. Was my first time to have a contract with provider with no issues. He also provide you the best deal.

She told me how i will love Rogers service even if i was paying more cheaper monthly charge from other cellphone provider, she still convinced me to move to Rogers. She is very detailed, very knowledgeable, very convincing and helpful. She is the type of employee to go above and beyond to do extra mile to achieve her business objectives and satisfy her clients to the highest level of customer service! If you are looking for cellphone service provider, go on Eileen’s location and she will help you like a BOSS. She’s amazing!

Went in to get a new phone because my screen was shot and service was excellent. I got a new phone up and running with all my data within an hour and they even bought me a coffee while I waited. Info was presented genuinely and had a great experience with both staff members:)

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but I seriously had the best experience today at this location! I came in needing to upgrade my phone and was greeted right away and immediately had both the guys working in the store helping me out! Having no wait time right off was so convenient, Brayden was really helpful when it came to upgrading my phone and he made the experience so painless and easy! Brayden and Jesse both made sure that they got me the best deals they could and I didn’t feel like they were pressuring me to get something I couldn’t afford (which I’ve definitely experienced at other Rogers locations.) I would definitely recommend seeing those two at this location, Brayden really made the whole process really easy and as quick as possible. They both made it such a nice, welcoming atmosphere and I will definitely be going back for their help in the future!
