Very little knowledge of the products selling. Couldn't fix my problem. Open sign turned off. Seems like they don't want customers or have you in the store for long. Very little empathy for your issue.

Andy was awesome! Had a bit of trouble on my end and he was patient and very helpful. He wasn’t pushy at all, very accommodating and throughly explained everything. Thank you for my new 14 Pro Max)

Abysmal. Zero help. I literally used their phone, because surprise, mine doesn't work, to talk to customer service for 2 hrs trying to prove that I have an email confirmation for a loaner phone at this location. Which they would not let me access through their computers because it's "illegal" (what?) to prove that do have email confirmation. I've never experienced worse customer service in my life. They don't advertise their phone number and they keep their doors locked under a doorbell system for a reason! They cannot and will not help you!

The staff here are awesome I was in a real bind and not only did they take the time to explain things in a manner I could understand thank you Alex not only did they set me up with a new phone but at the best deal they could get me.

First time signing up with Rogers! The representative my husband and I had, Young, did an excellent job at selling us a black friday deal. Their website was slow because of the high traffic but he was humble, kind, and patient. Alex, the manager was very personable and sweet as well. They were both very down to earth and made sure we were okay throughout every step of the process. Great communication and patience Alexander & Young! ️ Thank you guys for your cordial service

Had a very positive experience here today. Was ready to upgrade, very helpful staff. Friendly and not pushy, knowledgeable. I will go back, and would recommend others to go. Got a blue iPhone 14 and I love it, good price. Also got an otter box and screen protector, which they put on for me. Very professional. Got nothing but good things to say. I got a deal I couldn’t say no to!

Joey was so nice to me. He helped me set up my phone. I had an issue with it if anyone wants to buy a phone ask for Joey he’s really an efficient articulate guy that’s willing to help a person.

I been with rogers 2 years and it's honestly a horrible service. There device protection is a rip off and they really don't care about you. Customer service is always extremely rude as well

If you are looking for support for your Rogers device, this location is 100% useless. My phone died (still under warranty, 6 months old) and I was directed by the Rogers agent online to take it to a Rogers location to have the repair process started. The individual at this store said that they just set up phone plans and I should take it to an independent phone repair shop and see if there is anything they can do. Garbage service.

I was told I wouldn’t have to pay a $40 activation fee to join Rogers. I was just lied to and had to pay it. I was told if I switched from telus before I was with them 15 days. I would get my $40 activation fee back and not have to pay anything. This isn’t true either I ended up paying 2 activation fees, and two phone bills.

Activated a phone here with a promise from the rep to get activation fee waived on future phone bill via credit.it was a total sham since the credit never came, the employee was nowhere to be found (even though he said he "owns" the store). Clearly screening of employees is minimal as anyone can just make up lies including their status at the company as well as make up fake promises to customers.definitely going to the CRTC next.
