I was in this store a few days ago.
I am very satisfied with the work of consultant Anna, she helped me choose a phone and set up a beneficial tariff plan for me. Anna is very professional and pleasant. Thank you!

Reshmi helped me get my phone working after the Shaw merger. Her service was 10/10. She was kind and courteous and fixed the problem in under fifteen minutes.

Today i was with my brother to change operator to Rogers. Our consultant was Anna, smart and friendly, she was shown as a good person who really cares about customers! I was really happy to be a customer in this store!

Horrible experience, my family have been with Rogers for 25+ years. Rashmi and the store manager were rude and unprofessional. We offered a reference number for a change that was initially started over the phone, no, would not hear it. I gave all the account information, including the secret access code, not the account holder, we refuse to talk to you. The account holder, spoiler, my mother. Wouldn't even accept speaking with her on the phone, no, can't verify her identify, wanted her to come into the store. She lives in another province. They never called "the account holder", never asked for my identification even though she keep telling me there was no way to verify who I was, never took the reference number that gave authorization to complete the change, nothing. Can confirm, they do not understand Rogers polices or operations. Filed a formal complaint, spoke with a Rogers Super, they apologises profusely said that even with the account holder 3000km away, the reference number and our identities should have been sufficient.

I had to get some assistance in choosing and making phone plan. I was assisted by Rashmi. She’s very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful worker. Best customer service

Great costumer service and patience at the Roger’s in the Core Shopping Centre! It is obvious that the store manager, Michael, trains his staff well and cares about the customer experience. He and Marianne were so thorough and patient— working hard to solve some problems with my account and ensure I got the best value. I would go out of my way to travel downtown to this Rogers location if I ever needed more help. Their attitude and kindness would be worth the trip!

The staff at this location is top notch! I have dealt with Grace and cannot thank her enough in helping me get my mobile services and my Upfront Edge situation straightened out! Grace is so professional, knowledgeable and goes beyond to help! Customer service is exceptional! Thank you! Barb

Went into this location yesterday to get some assistance in making some big changes to my phone plan. Staff was incredible at helping to make it as quick and painless as possible. Would 100% go back to this location for any and all my phone or phone plan needs.

Why does this roger store give false information Telus does not own Freedom I hope your rep reads this lol so they can get trained properly

Best shopping experience. Went to get a phone case and screen protector and was greeted right away. The young lady helped us with very knowledgeable information and made us feel welcomed and got us exactly what we wanted. Will be switching from Telus to rogers due to this great customer service. Wish the reviews had 10 stars.

Grace and Mike at the TD square store gave me the best service, excellent service. They were very patient and technologically savvy and made my Rogers experience a real life-saver. I would like to note that they deserve a raise.
