Updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Taran the store manager acknowledged mistakes and made things right. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location and to see her. I hope that she’s still there when I need another get new phones.

Taran exceeded expectations and is the definition of excellence in customer service. Made joining the Rogers network a great experience!

Avoid this location. Simran wasted a lot of my time being very incompetent/slow and providing very poor customer service. I went to a different location and was in and out in less than 5 min. Please train your employees better at this location.

Had a great experience moving from another network to Rogers and getting a new phone. The staff were super polite and so helpful.
Taran especially thoroughly explained what we were getting with our package.
Got free accessories with our phone purchase too. 10/10.

Today my children and I upgraded our Samsung phones to Google Pixel phones with the help of Taranjot at Rogers Beacon Hill. Taranjot's customer service skills are simply superb! The process was extremely efficient due to Taranjot's expertise. Thank you to Taranjot and the other employees of Rogers Beacon Hill location for making our transition to Google Pixel phones quick and easy!

Truly excellent and easy experience, everything was done in half an hour for a complete phone upgrade and change of my plan.

I received excellent service with the recent purchase of my new phone! The staff were kind, easy going, and provided me with all my options that best suited my needs. They went out of their way to make it an easy experience. One of my apps wasn’t completely syncing in store, and that evening I received a courtesy call to confirm if the glitch had been corrected. Will definitely be coming back for any future needs!

Francis genuinely wants to help. He’s super friendly, knowledgeable and again, very helpful. Great employee for sure. I’ll go out of my way to go to that location any day.

The staff at this location is by far the best I've seen. They go above and beyond - their customer service and value of their clients is superior.

I had an amazing experience today at Imagine Wireless for transferring my line to Rogers and buy a prepaid simcard for my parents visiting canada!

If you go into this location you need to speak with Francis. This guy spent a couple of hours with us. He is one amazing customer service employee. We have been to this location a couple of times and walked out with no help. Francis takes a lot of pride in his work he needs to be recognized for his hard work, customer service and loyalty to his customers. Thanks for looking after us Francis…. You deserve a raise!

This is a one stop shop for all things Rogers. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you are here do say hi to the store manager, Taran. I thought I had my account all figured out, she made the whole thing even better.

Great sales reps at this location. I went in for upgrades for myself and my wife. Andy was great at answering any questions I had about my new phone. Manish helped me get a great deal and found promotions for me I didn't even know I had. My wife's new phone was not working properly and they helped her try to figure out the issue. When it couldn't be fixed they swapped the phone out for another one no problem. Usually dealing with issues like this are a pain, but they made the experience easy.

I received a text message from Jason, the store manager, inquiring if I needed to make any changes to my wireless service or if I was interested in upgrading as my term was coming to a close. LOVED THIS. I mentioned I wanted to wait for the iPhone 12 and Jason said he’d be in touch with me when the release was nearing, which he did. When the time came, he messaged me, and seamlessly added me to the pre-order waitlist. Above that, when he opened my account he noticed immediately that my family phone plan could make a quick adjustment that saved our family $20/month! Just like that! Phone & wireless service have always been something I loathe doing because it’s always more complicated than it needs to be and it always feels like the support services are never on your side. But this store, Jason and some other staff included have always made phone and customer service several levels above the norm. If you’re looking for a change and need quality people to advise you and get you on a plan that suites your lifestyle, do it here. A few times I’ve almost quit Rogers, and all three times I went in here to make that happen - the person who helped me changed everything! Supreme customer service. Thanks again Jason!

Appalling, the service has gone downhill. They lock the door and you have to ring the doorbell to get assistance into the store. When you do the customer service is so bad I just walked out. Don’t bother with this store if your looking for good customer service or a friendly assistance.

Taiga was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I was very close to cancelling my plan with Rogers due the growing frustration I felt in dealing with the multiple customer service agents on the phone. The service I received prior to Taiga was slow, inefficient and I was getting inconsistent information. It's a long story but in short, if not for Taiga, I probably would have cancelled my plan and I have been a Rogers customer for more than a decade. Thank you for the excellent customer service Taiga!

In need of a new phone my wife went online to chat and was offered a deal. She than called the store and was told the deals were the same in store (waiving fees, cutting rate etc) and when she got in store, they gave her some garbage excuse as to why in store they can't actually do that and charged more than the online deal.

Don't waste your time here. Rogers as a company is good, but is it poor representatives like these that drag their name through the mud. Could have saved money either with another company or even by choosing a different Rogers store.

I went to this store and the asian employee there was too busy on his phone when I walked in. He seemed like he was high or really in lala land. He didn't show interest in helping me and was very rushed like he wanted to go back to his phone which had his attention more than helping a customer. Brutal service and very lazy employee. Will not go back and will keep shopping for a new network with other options.

Went in today to exchange my phone. Jason was very informative and nice and helped me get exactly what I needed. Would recommend this store, hassle free and easy experience.

I have been visiting this location for all my devices for 9 years. My experience has always been awesome. Today Jason Fortin made my experience ROGERS!
He took customer experience to next level from coming to meet me at the door, giving a high level overview of the COVID19 related service to attending to my need.

His product knowledge is phenomenal, he presented me with unique selling propositions on the options. He recommended optimal package and explained why it is optimal both short run and long run.

This guy is customer service and sales on 2 legs! He personified quality service delivery.

He gave me 24hrs timeline to come and get a service, he delivered to me that service within 6hrs. The principle of ubder promise and over deliver. He should be teaching and training your other stores reps.

Taiga and Jason at Imagine Wireless were great! They even helped me figure out a warranty to a product I had already purchased so that I didn't have to purchase it again! That kind of service deserves repeat business! I'd highly recommend them for all of your wireless and cellular needs!
