If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. The store manager was sarcastic and provided poor customer service. I believe he intends to provide a service only to a specific community of people and not to others. So my suggestion to Rogers is to mention at the front door that we are going to help a particular community, not everyone. So customers don't come and look for any help from you. It will redirect them to look for better network providers with good customer service.

I'm not sure how you can help customers if you're not willing to listen to their questions and concerns. Every time I tried to explain my problems as a result of network changes, he avoided eye contact and talked to his mind. I can sense the disrespectful attitude, and it's not clear to me why they're locking up the doors. Opening it halfway and asking what makes you come to the store is unacceptable. Also, It's like forcing people to leave the store. Rogers, you may buy or join with other network providers, but if you provide this type of service to people, you will lose business.

Educate your employees to stop treating customers like thieves and to address them with basic respect regardless of their cultural backgrounds. Even the store manager behaves like this, how could he train others? Totally unacceptable and rude service.

Reuben is the best customer service rep. Rogers should be proud of.
He represent the company in a professional manner.
He know how to explain every little detail to customers who have limited knowledge with all the IT and phone plans.

Excellent service Keep it up Reuben!

I recommend this stor for ppl who looks for best customer service.

Coming in to upgrade my and the male worker with long hair was just clearly not pleased that I came in at 6: 20 to do a simple upgrade ended up having to wait for my partner to come back ugh ID, he arrived 10 minutes before closing and I went back to apologize and let him know I’d go to another Rogers location open later to do so to not inconvenience him and says nothing and closed and locks the door. Not a crazy big deal but don’t deal with the public if you can’t be kind

Jody and Reuben are amazing! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They not only helped me get the phone I wanted but also helped me reduce my monthly bill. If you're looking for a phone, pay these guys a visit before you go anywhere else!

Amazing service! Both Rueben and Jody are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had initially gone into their store as a disgruntled customer due to issues we were having. But after the store visit - they were able to resolve all issues and save us a fair bit of money! Highly recommended!

Came into Rogers yesterday to transfer from an android phone to an iPhone. The manager of the store (Jody) assisted me with upgrading my phone and finding the best possible deals for my situation. He had his hand full with two sets of customers, myself included and answering phone calls. He efficiently was multitasking and always checking in and acknowledging everyone there. Very friendly and amazing customer service, highly recommend.

(Side comment for Jody: used to work in retail as well and understand how meaningful it is to see a review. So I hope this helps!)

Edit: For anyone complaining of why the doors are locked… there is a reason for it. Be understanding and patient. It was like this for a while.

Busted my phone screen and they had me in and out with a new phone in no time. Jody was so helpful with every step along the way. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend!

I'm from out of town and lost my phone Reubens a sales rep got me back up and going not only got my new phone but also retrieved all my pictures got my banking stuff all back I recommend this place they definitely definitely know there stuff I appreciate how he took the time for all that

I would give a zero if I could! I walked in, was greeted by 1 man while another man stood by him watching. Very odd. Long story short, he basically told me there was nothing they could do to help me. Couldn’t give me a straight answer all the while this other man stood there looking over his shoulder watching, saying nothing. It was the most unprofessional experience ever. I left and called Rogers and had my problem solved in less than 10 minutes. Needless to say I will NEVER visit this location again.

This is the only Rogers retailer that I choose to work with. My family has purchased many phones and always go back because Kash is so helpful. He has excellent service skills.
