We have been seeing Arpita for our cellphone needs for a few years now. We cannot recommend her enough. She and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and patient. We never feel rushed and she always makes sure that all of our questions are answered and that we have everything we need. Great service!

Arpita has been helping our family with our cellphone plans for YEARS. She is one of the main reasons why we stick with Rogers to this day. She knows exactly how best to tailor plans with you and spends the time to make sure you are satisfied with your service. She is the best!

Arpita at Rogers Aspen really went above and beyond. It was Black Friday and all the Rogers phone lines were jammed, the online chat was not working and everyone was trying to get a deal. I reached out to her mid day, wondering if she would be able to get me a deal. She told me she would do her best and call me back. I was doubtful she would reach back out. However, she stayed late than her shift and called me and provided me with a detail summary of what I could get. This was perfect and I went ahead. She stayed even later than closing so that I could sign the paper work.

To me, this is true customer service. In this time when everyone is frustrated with staff shortages and Covid, she really made my day and I am sure other customers as well.

She could have easily been too busy to manage all the people calling, but instead stayed late making sure everyone was taken care of.

I normally do not deal with smaller rogers stores, but this experience has changed my perspective.

I hope others use this rogers location and speak to Arpita who definitely puts the customer first.

Arpita and her team go above and beyond every time I visit their location. Arpita is so helpful and always makes sure all of my questions have been answered. She goes out of her way to make sure I am getting everything I need, and makes sure I am getting the most out of my phone plan. I will only ever go to this Rogers location for anything phone related! You guys are the best!

Best customer service I’ve had with Rogers.

I went to Rogers to switch my carrier. Ishant was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

Arpita and Amit helped me with a major upgrade after 6 years. All their staff are awesome and knowledgeable and work hard towards finding the best solutions for all customers. They are thorough with setups and ensure you hit the ground running with your new device. Strongly recommend this location!

I had a great experience at this store. Especially with the store manager ;Arpita. She was very patient with me, listened to my requests and was very accommodating. She is great at costumer service and gives you her full attention no matter how small your request is. She even goes out of her way to offer good deals that would maximize any plan we have. I had had bad experience with Rogers phone costumer service before, and suffered from incompetence from most of them.
