Spruce Grove Roger’s had great service. Watched her juggle other customers but never felt forgotten. All my questions were answered and I never felt pressured.

Dhwani at spruce grove Rogers store was very helpful with the purchase of my new phone and even took the time to set it up, but also remind me that my licence needed renewing!

Won’t be back. I’m a Telus customer that wanted to switch my family to Rogers, but got the run around from this disorganized bunch. I preordered the iPhone 15 in September. The manger took my info and said they will text when they come in which was supposed to be in a couple days. She never did. I called in a few weeks later and they said they will text me when they come in… I said ok and waited another couple of weeks then I called again…now the story was that they never had any preorder under my name but they had one there and to come in. We went in and apparently can’t do a trade in because the manager wasn’t there. Was told to come in the next day to see the manager. She would be in at 10 am. I went there at 12: 35 and no manger no call no nothing. All I got was the manager is sick and to come back. Horrible customer service. I tried to go local but forget it if I’m treated like that.

Whenever I go to this Rogers store I get absolutely fantastic customer service. Dhwani was in the store today and was so happy to see me. She is VERY knowledgeableand was more than happy to help. Every problem that I've ever had with my phone has been solved in this store.

I got my new phone and Shubh helped me to lower my monthly bill explained my new plan. Got a very good deal, also answer all my questions. Highly recommended.

Sales person cancelled my wife’s contract with virgin by porting her number over to Rogers then told me she couldn’t give me the price she quoted me and it would $50 more per month than what was quoted. When told that was unacceptable I was told there was nothing she could do. My wife was with any service for 3 days because of this and no longer had a virgin account.

Every time I come in I'm greeted warmly. I have had nothing but great customer service for everyone there. This time I was helped by Shubh and he got everything I needed done in a timely matter as well as treated me with respect.well done everyone!

We recently visited Rogers in Spruce Grove. We met Lady named Dhawani. As being senior, I was struggling to set up my phone. She help me to set my new phone. I bought 2 new phones from her. She is really patience with explaining every detail to us. I am really glad that dwani working with our provider. Amazing experience by dealing with her. We appreciate it.

Dhwani is amazing, she helped me last week get my niece set up with her first cell phone plan and this week I came desperately in after work when my phone quit working and she fixed it on the spot
. In like seconds. A total life saver. She even asked how my neice was liking the new phone. Both great experiences and I'm glad she works at our local Rogers.

Rogers in spruce grove are liars.
Had an offer from rogers wireless and they told me it expired.
It had not they lied to a paying customer.

3 months of billing issues. All I get is a sorry! I guess the New CEO hasn't a clue either and lies to Rogers customer.

Please watch your bill! I am but 1 of millions of there customers.
