Lame Manager RAKESH, lethargic attitude. Don’t even know Rogers policies. Manager was also not wearing his name tag.

Due credit to Aron, who was extremely helpful and friendly. For excellent customer service, I’ll go back to see Aron at Rogers Westhills.

Came in to upgrade my phone and was helped by Alain and that other filipino guy i forgot his name. They were both really helpful and friendly. If this was a restaurant i'd come back to eat here again. No cap.

Myself and my husband went to this location on December 10,2019, we dealt with Aron. He was very helpful, bubbly, after his 2 cups of tea. He helped us with a couple of issues we had with our phones. He was helpful very good customer service. His manager was aso working last night, he is very nice to. Both gave us good service, and very pleasant to deal with, even though we spent along time there. I would highly recommend this location for service, and ask for Aron or his manager.

Arun provided exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to resolve concerns with our billing, explained options to my very upset husband, and in the end, my husband commended him and will definitely return to this store. Arun is amazing. Thank you.

My husband had to replace his iPhone6 as it was cracked, and in terrible shape (thanks to a drop on cobblestone streets in France). We went in to Rogers at West Hills and we were immediately greeted by Alain. He was cheerful, super helpful, and full of information and tips. We ended up leaving (after some great conversation and laughs!) with two new iPhone11's. I ended up getting a new phone as well, and I also switched my service to Rogers as they were able to give us a much better plan with more data. It was a great experience - which is typically not been my expectation going in to renew a contract or get a new phone. Thanks again Alain, great service! Highly recommend Rogers West Hills and Alain!

Aron was absolutely amazing. Took a lot of
Time and really knew his stuff to fix my problem. Most certainly an asset to the company and Brad Shaw needs to know it.

I had the pleasure of having Aron assist me with my new device. I have to say what a GREAT experience it was. I was not upsold but right sold, had everything thoroughly explained during the process. What a professional!

Today i came in to see if i could get a better phone plan, and save some money. Aron helped me out and saved me a bunch of money! Every time I've been in there, Aron is there and he's extremely friendly, helpful and awesome!

I switched over my phone service today and had the most pleasant in store experience. I dealt with Aron who is truly a gem in the rough of poor customer service dealings.
