I called the Rogers store for assistance with my billing, and the customer service I received was incredibly disappointing. The representative who answered my call not only brushed off my concerns to attend to another customer but also intentionally hung up on me while I was waiting for assistance. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope that Rogers addresses the need for better customer care in the future.

I ported over from Fido to Rogers imran got me a great deal and very goood plan with excellent service

The rogers staff at the ice rink booth, the sales Montana assist me in merging my Fido accounts, so i was able to setup and obtain winback deals.cheers also to the mainstore staff (Mitch/Jen and others) and the fido staff at both locations.

Absolutely horrible customer service an hour on the phone to add another TV in the house.
The lady that took our call has no idea how to do her job.
She kept saying come pick it up but we told her we need another splitter connection.

Today I’m sooooo very happy so much!:) because EMMA did a good excellent customer service to us especially me.:) it’s my first time to meet her today and I’m so impressed! So so sweet, intelligent, kind, and patient most of all knowledgeable.

I totally HIGHLY recommend her.

She’s the BEST!

I had the best experience with Imran today. I had been shuffled from store to stores today and I’m in from another province on top of it all. He helped get everything sorted out got me a new phone a new I pad and was so patient and understanding. I could not have asked for better service. I will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this store:)

The service I got imron was excellent, he gave me the best deal possible and got straight to the point. Was fast and easy. I recommend going to him!

I woke up one morning, and my phone was fried. The apple store could not figure out what was wrong. I was a customer with Telus and they were making thing difficult in terms of renewing my phone plan and getting a new cellphone. Jana, at Rogers WEM offered the greatest customer service I received that day. She gave me the best deal I found that day as student. Telus would not even match her offer, Jana single handedly acquired me as a Rogers customer, Happily leaving Telus. In the end I walked away with a better phone then I would've gotten with Telus for a similar price point. All in all an amazing experience, when I was in a bind!

Shorter chubby bald representative that works at this location is the furthest thing from pleasant and actually seems annoyed when you enter the store for help. It’s my understanding that these people work on commission and I was in the market to add a line to my existing rogers account… anyway, I ended up going to another location and the service was significantly better.

If you walk into this location and see this person, expect them to be unhelpful and judgmental.

So I dealt with Imran I believe his name was, and oh boy did he have an atttttitude; he was rude from the minute he welcomed me into the store, thinking I was a naive young person (which he was young as well) he then started to change his tone when upselling me. At this point I already knew I was going to get his hopes up thinking he’d gain commission of the sale but I was not going to allow someone to who’s disrespectful to gain my sale so I left. Would like to point out that in the reviews when someone posts negatively about him, a good review pops up, hope manager does something about this guy.
