The team at the Canmore Rogers store were super helpful and great at explaining everything.

Just an update. Originally I had posted about a disastrous experience I had with this store. After 2 1/2 months of run around and excuses, I finally contacted the imagine wireless head office. Sam Remtulla, head of marketing, addressed my concerns and situation personally. Based on his professionalism in dealing with my concerns and his promise of further training with the instore staff, I would amend my experience to 4 stars. I may visit the store in the future, based on my experience with Mr. Remtulla.
