I visited twice at this dealership but I disappointed from the dealings of the staff both members, they are not there to help for customers, they are just there only for themselves, they are not good for customers due to their dealings, I could not expect such dealings from the staff in such a great country, they don’t deserve for this dealership office,

The discount of phone accessories are not reflected on our current bill. The sales person told us $150 will be deducted on our bill. 3 bills not reflected the $150. Its a scam!

I came to Mr. Gourav with six phones to port from another company and there were some errors he also had to correct. Despite the extra work the ordeal created for him, he was very patient and explained everything step by step. He also explained that if we need anything in the future we can see him directly instead of waiting on hold for a phone rep. Even if I have an issue in the future I really got the sense that these guys can help straighten things out right away.

My brother and I stopped by this Rogers location to find out our options for new phones. We were greeted by Gaurav and Gurpreet.
Gurpreet helped my brother while I was helped by Gaurav. There was a person in training and Gaurav explained all discounts and options to both, me and the trainee. He spent a lot of time looking for ways to save me money. Between Rogers and Shaw there are discounts.
I guessed Gaurav had been working there for years based on his knowledge, but he says only 8 months.
Neither, Gurpreet or Gaurav, let the pressure of waiting clients rush them. They took their time and treated us like the important clients we are:)
