Very very bad and non customer centric policies. We visited store to convert our numbers to eSIM but he said we can't do that as per policies they can only activate 3 eSIM's in a day.

We need to again spare some time and visit them!

Since Shaw and Rogers have merged, I have no choice but to switch over all our lines to Rogers. After browsing Reddit and seeing all the negative experiences about the process, it made me nervous.

I came into and after buzzing in, I was greeted by Haramjot, who helped me with the process. I had 6 lines I needed to switch over. I must say it was a pleasure to have been helped by him.

He was extremely knowledgable about the whole process and really put me at ease. He explained all the new changes and details that were relevant to our different plans we had on the each phone. He answered all my questions with confidence in a professional and courteous manner.

I am really glad I came in today to do the mandatory switch and got Haramjot as my customer service rep. Keep up the good work, Haramjot! Rogers is lucky to have an employee like you.

Awkward that you have to get let in through a buzzer system and look at a camera, only after dealing with that be spoken too terribly. Just had some questions that no one could answer. The whole experience was soooo awkward.

The representative Harmonjot are not responsible. Setting wrong expectations in wait time and do not respect client time. No system of who is in line and don’t even acknowledge the client presence. Asking me to come back in 20, after I came back, waited for another 15, which is still fine. When it’s my turn, he told me he need to address a question of a client who he helped earlier, (who walked back in the store after me) then he made me waited for another 30 mins without any acknowledgment.
After waiting for 1 hour in store. When ask to get his name and business card, he told me I need to wait for that too! I am interested to talk to the Store manager and see if this is their standard service?

Update: came back here again a few days ago. I really had to shout out Erick! He helped me secure the phone I wanted (in the same day too) and he really just made the whole upgrade process easy. Thanks Erick!
