Went in looking for a phone plan and tablet, was given a price on exact tablet I wanted. Continue thru long process to create new account and set up new phone plan just to find out rogers does not even sell the tablet I wanted and could not tell me what product I was quoted to begin with, also told me to go check other stores but when she went to try and order it, “rogers does not sell this item” wasted my time.

I constantly return to this particular location specifically, due to the thorough, knowledgeable and caring service of the manager Vicky. We always leave there feeling better than we walked in. Kudos to that woman!

Excellent experience upgrading our phone plans at the Deerfoot Meadows store which we have used for many years. Vicky, the store manager is extremely knowledgeable and works very hard to offer the best possible solutions to our needs.

Vicky and Shikha are great to deal with. Went in for migration, all questions were handled patiently. Both of them went out of line to make to understand how the process works. 5 star rating for both of them.

Took my phone in to switch from Shaw to rogers, the workers did not do anything except disable my phone and make it so I was not usable, I took it back the next day to get it fixed and though they fixed it, they restarted my phone in a way that deleted a lot of important things off of it. They did not mention this might happen so my phone was not up to date backed up. Really sick and tired of this especially since it wasn’t till the third time dealing with them that I got the manager and not a “trainee”.

Had to switch out our Sims to make the move from Shaw to Rogers. Vicki was calm and patiently steered us through. We love Vikki!

After being misguided by support on the phone I'm happy I chose to come to this location for help on my SIM issue. Vicky very quickly figured out what was going on and that I did not actually need what phone support had stated. She had me try a couple things on my phone and had me sorted in under 10 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, came in frustrated and left ecstatic to have my issue fixed. Highly recommend this location & Vicky.

My long-time phones screen finally went blank, and was in a rush to get another up n runnin for my work.

Wonderful competent service from the Manager! Technology isn't my strong point, so was refreshing to be given/shown, just the phone i needed, have my new phone set-up and explained to me simply.

Needed to come back to get the 5g disabled from my device, Manager saved my day again!

Springs starting off fantastic so far

When I visited the store to upgrade my old phone, I was thoroughly impressed by Vicky's professionalism and her exceptional customer service. She went the extra mile in transferring my data, answering all my questions and providing me with some additional accessories, which exceeded my expectations. Vicky was exceptional and great customer service. I was given a bit of a run around at another rogers store regarding an apple care request and came to this and she helped me seamlessly with the process and got me sorted out.

Thank you for the amazing experience, support and expertise you provided to my husband and I, and our laundry list of needs. Vicky is an incredible manager, kindly answering all of our questions (and patiently answering them all again.) We found our phone store for life. Thank you Vicky for everything! This weekend, I visited your store. And I was attended by Gurjit Kaur. I had many questions regarding my plan. Everything was answered in a professional way. On the top of that, she suggested me to change my network provider so that I can save more. I did that and would be saving $3 per month. I would like to express my thanks to the manager who chose such type of good employees.
