The guys were super polite and helpful! Great service, communication & experience. Marda loop location is slow due to construction so if you want fast service and an in and out experience go there!

Google, website and door all day they're open until 8. They're only open until 6. Pretty disappointing to come all the way here to just to figure out they're closed

Having been a client for over 25 years I would hope for better results. I used this Rogers instead of my usual at Aspen that I love. Marda Loop was full of SLICK sales guys with no real desire to retain good relationships. I have continually asked why my bill is $130 a month and finally found today I'd been overcharged from day one from these guys when signing my contract. Additonally a tablet I haven't used for several years has also still been charged to my account despite being assured it was off. I will leave Rogers once this contract is done but if you use them ONLY trust Aspen Landing.those people actually care about their clients.

Roshanak went above and beyond to help me move from Shaw to Roger, add ported line from Freedom and upgrade phones. She even called me after I left my new case and let me pick out up after closing, as she knew I was going the next day on a trip. Thank you so much.

Keyur at Marda Loop was incredible! He had the patience to help us pick out the right plan, the financing, and look into a corporate discount from my fiance's workplace.
It is nice that they can cancel your existing plan all at once.
Keyur was also patient when he took time to find the perfect new phone number for me. He didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all by asking too many questions.
Great experience overall.

Balraj and Hitarth from Rogers helped us understand the plans better and we ended up getting two iPhone 14 well within our budget. On top of that, the customer service was second to none! I will definitely recommend this store to everyone!

The gentleman there is a awesome, I think his name is Rahul.wow he is so nice and patient.he taught me so many new things about wireless and he was also happy to learn that customer who relocate don't have to pay 50 $ to change number.after calling the customer solution department.very open to learning and improving his customer skills. I enjoyed the experience with Rogers and I end up paying more than I wanted because he is great in providing value.
