I want to highly commend Komal and Parker at Rogers Shawnessy for their excellent service today. They were both extremely patient and helpful. Many thanks to the both of them.

My experience with Komal at Rogers in Shawnessey was very pleasant and professional. Kamal was very knowledgeable, experienced, prompt and was able to fully trouble shoot my issues with my iPhone. I highly recommend her for customer support.

Lipikais just downright AMAZING! Not only she spent that much time to accommodate us but she is very informative. She gave us all the information and all the options that we need. She served us with a smile throughout the process. If we can give her a 10 star … we would! If ever you are in Shawnessy area please come and ask for her… time well spent.

Dont ever go here. The girl won't let you in I think she is crazy. Like in the head and is rude.

Repulsive, unpleasant employees have a behavior that is not aimed at problem solving or helping in any way, but to kick you out of there.

It is more secure than a bank. You need to show your face to their camera (captured your face data) so that they will open the door for you. I go there to add data and they are reluctant to do it. First they said I need to call loyalty, then they asked for more details but they do not really know what data plan Rogers is offering. Disappointed.

If your looking for services for any need. This location has the greatest staff that are ready to help in any way they can. I felt with Robin for my last visit for phone upgrades. He did what was need to get the deal closed.

Will not ever buy from this store again, they wouldn't honor Rogers 30 day return policy and were not in the least bit accommodating. In speaking with Rogers I was told all of the stores are owned by independent operators so they can set their own policies, good or bad. Had Rogers direct credit my account.

Had great experience at this location. Transferred my family account over from Shaw to Rogers and transition was so smooth, Robin and his team were really helpful. They also gave us a very professional information on why the doors are locked as we initially found weird that the front door was locked. Definitely recommend this location

I recently visited this Rogers store and had a fantastic experience. Staff member Lipika was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through their impressive selection of phones. She patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect device that suited my needs. I appreciated their friendly and approachable attitude. Overall, I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchase and the excellent service I received. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a new phone.

I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone online then over the phone, I spent more than 2 hours trying to get the new upgrade ordered to the store. When I finally spoke to a lady on the phone, she told me I could pick it up from the Shawnessy location. I received a confirmation email right away and met Robin at the store. I was in and out of the store with an iPhone 14 in less than 15 mins! Thank you Robin for all your help and information. I will be Going into the store next time for an upgrade!

Very rude and non-customer focus manager.he was not ready to listen to my issues.he has a standard answer that I can go to other store.
No at all co-operative he made me feel like that coming to his store was my biggest mistake.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade for my cell phone, and the team always provides excellent service! Their new manager, Robin, helped me with a bill issue. He was able to give me all the information needed to help to get my account figured out.

Doesn't deserve even one star. Worst customer service, Even Legal services in Canada don't need customer to be asked to look to the camera to enter. ROBIN is completely unprofessional, Doesn't have any etiquette to talk to customers.
