When we arrived at this location, a Rogers representative came up to us and asked the purpose of our visit. We advised her it was to sign up for a Shaw internet and TV service. She said we were next to be served.

Upon seeing two (2) groups of people who came in after our arrival, one Canadian family the other an Asian couple, I went and asked why we weren't seen prior to these people. We were advised they only had some questions. Wouldn't proper customer service dictate these questions be answered when their respective turns would come?

Perhaps it is because we are visibly a minority (Muslim family) we were ignored!

After 25 mins of being in this store we left and went to the Market Mall location and applied and received excellent customer service there.

This was appaling customer service, especially from a large corporation such as Rogers!

Simer went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. He is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He truly cares about his clients.

Simir was excellent. It was unfortunate he was unable to cancel some of my services. But it was not his fault, the blame rests entirely with Rogers. Simir was a wonderful person, he was very helpful and professional.

Taiga is the Truth! He exceeded our previous experience going the extra mile in a way that made a profound difference to us.
We transferred all our data through a few hiccups as well as installed the MyRogers to the point of confirming its function as well as ensuring our contacts were backed up. Finally, he corrected certain anomalies or our phone. Although basic, many years have passed without these basic issues being rectified despite our repeated requests to previous assistance. He is awesome!

Best Rogers location with the BEST staff! I was lucky enough to meet Taiga at the Crowfoot location and this guy is a true gem! He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Poor guy even stayed after hours to finish up with myself and another customer, and was happy to do so with the best possible attitude. I recently visited the beacon hill location where I was jerked around for an hour and left completely dissatisfied to the point where I was going to cancel my account with Rogers (which I have had for 20 plus years). Thanks to Taiga, I have chosen to stay with Rogers. This guy deserves a raise and praise! Thanks for all your help Taiga - you’re awesome!

Taranjot was incredibly fantastic. I can honestly say I have never been to Rogers and been helped in such a kind, honest, thorough way. I feel like Taranjot and the rest of the team at this Rogers (I met two others on the day I was there) truly care about their customers. They go above and beyond. My phone had died the previous day and I was in a rush to get a new one. I called every Rogers in the city, trying to locate the one I wanted and they happened to have one last one at this location. I rushed there and they were able to help me. They went as far as to transfer everything I had in my old phone to my new one. That had never been done for me at any other Rogers location. Thank you guys again! I appreciate you a lot and will make sure to go back whenever I need to visit a Rogers location again. It is out of my way but I don't really care. Keep being awesome!

My recent follow-up experiences at this store have been really good. Despite being super busy the staff doesn't disappoint. I guess that's why they are busy! I will be back for another family member's phone (switching from the terrible Bell service) soon.

Went to get a phone case and was helped by Nada, who was very kind and patient. We had difficulties putting in the case and I said I'll figure it out at home, but she insisted I don't leave without her helping me (I'm not even using Rogers as my phone provider). Amazing service.

Had phone plan upgraded recently. Service was fast, and professional. Special tanks to Lena who promptly pass promotion information to me. The plan suggested comes with an extra data SIM. I put it on the new LG phone, use it exclusively for outdoor/hiking. I think it's a perfect solution as it is really very handy and useful - one dedicated device for GPS, photo taking, trail path tracking etc.

Went here the other day to upgrade my Samsung S8+ to iPhone 11 Pro Max. Had an incredible experience with Shukan! He was very professional and clear with all the information.
