Ryder Truck Rental

The Ryder website is inconsistent and freezes up or fails to load on certain links within their webpage. So you are forced to phone to try to get any information on Class 1 rental trucks.
It is also unfortunate that when you want to do an inquiry into pricing on long term rentals for a half dozen Class 1 trucks that you have to provide information to them to do a (soft) credit check and business info check before they can release any information. That's certainly a cart before the horse mentality now isn't it.
Not sure how many businesses do business that way but we are not one of them.

I booked a truck with these guys a week and a half ahead of time and when the time comes to pick it up they don't have a truck for me good job guys!

Would like to see pricing and availability but I can’t even get the website to work. Tried on my computer, iPad and iPhone.

Between John and Barret, they made the truck rental process smooth and easy. Truck was very clean and thoroughly sanitized. Would recommend Ryder truck rental to friends and family.

Barret is an absolute pleasure to rent from. He even personally santized the entire vehicle in front of me to reassure that the unit was clean and safe to drive in. I will be renting from him again in the near future!

I used Ryder for the first time this past weekend for a move. The price was comparable to other truck rental places, and the process was quick and easy. I love that I could just drop the truck off without refueling it and know I'm not going to get gouged. The last thing you want to do after a move is refuel a truck (especially when it's snowing!). Would definitely recommend
