Updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Taran the store manager acknowledged mistakes and made things right. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location and to see her. I hope that she’s still there when I need another get new phones.

Spruce Grove Roger’s had great service. Watched her juggle other customers but never felt forgotten. All my questions were answered and I never felt pressured.

Jamee helped greatly with switching/upgrading my phone and helped make sure everything was switched over correctly. Jamee was very pleasant to deal with

Sales rep Raj helped me switch from Telus to Bell on a business plan. Such a fantastic service from him. He was very professional and efficient. This guy is an asset to this company, give him a raise! We got 5 new phones because of Raj:)

I went to Bell today to switch from Koodo and add my Apple Watch + my son’s Apple Watch. Manny was informative, helpful and took the time to help with all aspects of the process. Thank you Manny!

The guys were super polite and helpful! Great service, communication & experience. Marda loop location is slow due to construction so if you want fast service and an in and out experience go there!

One star is too many stars for this location. Extremely rude and unhelpful, unwilling to do their job and will instead tell you to go home and do it online. Worst experience I've had in any retail setting. Go anywhere else.
