Very bad service.long waiting, no proper discussion on plans and phone features. Numbers not imported but billing started still numbers are with different providers. Bell hire more employees reduce wait time and give good service.very disappointed...

Very little knowledge of the products selling. Couldn't fix my problem. Open sign turned off. Seems like they don't want customers or have you in the store for long. Very little empathy for your issue.
