My girlfriend had a 2 year contract with shaw we had to move to an area where they don't provide service but want us to pay out hundreds of dollars to break a contract they wouldn't be able to fulfill anyway. Dirty dirty pool, especially these days. Another big business pissing on the little people. It won't let me rate lower than one, and thats a shame.
Shaw must have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. If your thinking of switching anything to shaw, please reconsider. Since Rogers has taken over Shaw its only gotten worse. They seem to be actively trying to get customers to flee their horrible service.
Just want to give Janice a huuuuge thank you, after 3 horrible interactions on the phone with shaw reps. I went to the londonderry location and Janice was able to set my account right and saved alot of headache.
I had the most amazing, compassionate, and professional customer service experience provided by Julie at the Londonderry Shaw store. My issue required an in-person visit, and Julie listened to the complicated situation and did her magic to make everything right! Shaw is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee serving the public. Thank you Julie for all your support, it was well worth the time it took to resolve the situation.
Our service rep, Teryl, was fantastic. We have been customers of Shaw since moving back to Alberta in the early 2000's. It was time to transfer my cell from another provider and get a new router. Not only did Teryl make the transfer of my cell seamless, but she also provided us with more home services for fewer charges. As we know in today's economy, that made us very happy. She was delightful to deal with and it made the time go by pleasantly.
Im giving 4 stars based on the lay out of the store and what they have on display. Generally, shaw is better than telus when it comes to costumer service and products they offer. Mobile plans are competitive and internet plans are affordable too.

After being sent the wrong information via Shaw's Customer service via Phone and Live chat. Mr. Datu was able to fix everything in under 5 minutes, and waived a few fees. Definitely coming back.

Tery helped my husband & I tremendously today with getting set-up with Shaw Home Internet. Went in with my grandmother to figure out a recent bill that had unexpected charges for phone and internet. Initially we were told to call Shaw for support, but my grandmother wants to be able to work with someone face to face. Ivan was able to help us to the best of his abilities, we both appreciate his assistance with our questions and willingness to figure out how we could modify our contract. He was very professional and patient with our concerns. However, my grandmother would have liked to sort out all aspects of the bill, which Ivan told us could not be done in store.
Ivan was professional, professionally-attired, thorough, and friendly to my mother when she was in the Londonderry store to transfer to Shaw Mobility and upgrade her cell phone. He was patient with our questions and took the time to explain things carefully.
Effortless experience! Ivan answered all my questions regarding the switch to Shaw Mobile and I had 2 numbers transferred over and everything completed within 20 minutes.
I went into Shaw to change to Shaw mobility. I personally liked the idea of only a few people in the store at a time. Everyone from the greeter to the sales person were extremely friendly. Julie helped me with set up. She explained everything to me about the set up and workings of the phone. It is very nice to deal with such pleasant and knowledgeable people. Great job everyone.
Teryl at the Londerry mall location is the shining example of customer service and support that shaw speaks of. She answered every question quickly and very detailed. She made what used to be a long and sometimes painful process into a nice chat and had me in and out of the store in minutes. She should be training staff! Give her a raise!
