Changed this from a 5 star review a while back.came back for a simple contract renewal and new phone.it's was total chaos and no body knew what they were doing could not get the phone I wanted so agreed to come back and when I did 2 days later they still didn't have my phone and nobody knew what was going on. NO LONGER RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend you steer clear of this store. They will promise you discounts and promotions and not uphold them. Sat on hold with Roger’s for 45 minutes to be told that I have to contact the store because they are unable to do anything, called the store, they told me they’d call me back, never received a follow up. Called again a week later, told the same thing, that they would call me back, never happened. Ended up going in to try and figure it out and they called the associate that set up our lines and he says that he never told us he’d give us those promotions, which is untrue because my husband received the promo on his line but it was never applied to mine. Now have to drive across town to the other store to try and talk to the associate in person. Very very frustrated and will never set up services here again and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Congratulations to the Bower place tbooth. They have managed to lower the bar of customer service. It was already low but they managed to go lower. They have done Ma Bell proud. They refused to sell me a product they sold me less than a month earlier. May as well close this one too as they did at parkland mall.

Had to tell the lady everything several times because she either wouldn’t listen all together or she would cut me off and assume she knew what I was going to say. If you go here they will try to set you up on whatever makes them the most money, not what you’re after.

Willfredo (Will) was terrific and a HUGE help! We came to Tboothmobile when we weren’t able to get a very good deal on new phones at our provider right across the hallway in the Mall. He was knowledgeable and efficient and explained everything so well. He was honest and transparent! Thank you Will, you rock!

Good in-store service, but there warranty partner "Likewize" are a bunch of crooks!
Highly recommend going SOMEWHERE ELSE or any other provider who doesn't partner with Likewize. Absolutely horrendous service, charged me $500 for a device that's been returned!

Had a phone emergency, the staff are super friendly and were able help me out right away, fixed my problem and I was able to return to my regular life. Thanks!

Wilfredo is unbelievable. I have always been a loyalty customer of bell. They’ve always offered me better than average deals. But after coming to this store I realised that bell really wasn’t doing their best. I’ve shopped here multiple times now and have referred family members. I’ve had my phone bills cut in half. Last week he helped my mother who is not tech savvy. Got her a great deal and new device bringing her monthly bill down. Also done early upgrades for me and my partner. He has lots of patience and is very knowledgeable. If I could rate this store and Wilfredo 100 stars then I would.

I wish I could remember the managers name that helped me. I think it was Wilf or something close to. What a wonderful experience! I was having a nightmare of a time trying to activate a new phone that was shipped to me by my provider after mine had been stolen. I was almost ready to accept defeat and cancel my contracts to move to a different provider. This guy was so helpful and so efficient. I was in and out of this store in less than 10 minutes with an activated phone and a lot less stress.

Absolutely wonderful experience getting a BYOD plan here with Fido. My plan was a great deal, and the employee working today (Nov 1st, '21) at about noon was incredibly informative, generous, and very easy to talk to. Unfortunately I did not catch their name! Absolutely will return here for my cellular needs.

Highly recommend these guys! Their manager, Wilfredo, was able to save us thousands. He stayed after close to ensure we get the deal, and they don't even pay him overtime for it. He said seeing his customers happy makes it all worth it. By far the best place in Red Deer; I won't go anywhere else!

Went to my cell phone provider for help. Got no where! They couldn’t even answer the simplest question. Walked out and happened to see TBooth store, so I went in to ask for help. My experience was amazing! Super great staff, very willing to help and answer all my questions. They All knew what I was talking about, helped me solve my problem, while being super friendly. I totally recommend this store to everyone, who has any phone issues and questions. I will never go back to my cell phone provider company AGAIN! Only TBOOTH️Thanks guys! I have been at Tbooth bower mall and I have been dealing with Tricia both times and she’s very easy going and also very knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend to go and see her if you’re looking for a new phone or if you have any questions.

No need to visit anywhere else, Wilfredo will take care of anything you will need! He is super patient, knowledgeable, and will find you the best deal. 10/10 service, I'm a Rogers customer and will only be going to this T booth location moving forward for anything I need.

What wonderful caring people! After being turned away by Rogers, whom my 89 year old mother's wireless provider suggested she look to for assistance (because he was independent not a corporate store) we stopped in at Tbooth on our way out, just to see if they might be willing to help. They were MORE than accommodating! It turned out to be a challenge to transfer her data from her old phone to the new but they explored various options, helped her understand it's new features, all the while being very attentive to her needs and genuinely caring for her as a person. We can't express our gratitude enough for helping us out and treating us like people, especially after the disappointing experience at Roger's.

Amazing Customer Service! I bought a really decent phone case several months ago at this location & this week it began to fall apart. Even though it was well past returnable - I thought I'd inquire anyway.
I called first & talked to Riley (very personable) who apologized b/c he couldn't help immediately - but encouraged me to come in & chat with the manager who (in his opinion) was very fair & understanding. So I did. I went in today and met Will (a manager). Who immediately and simply replaced my failing case with the exact replacement! Riley was right! I was extremely impressed with the customer care & professionalism I received here. This is the way to win customer's respect folks!
